We were 10 girls from Newcastle celebrating a 60 th birthday on the 1stJune some young some old . Not knowing Durham we went to Parks taxis rank. One driver of a 8 seater was the miserable person .He said it was quicker to walk. But eventually took some of party. Now John he was ace big smile brilliant attitude If your office has awards we would highly recommend John. Thank you

John Hughes of this firm went out of his way to help us by coming to pick us up at the station when he was finishing his shift and there were no other taxis available. Polite and professional wouldn’t hesitate to use him or this firm again.

Well, we as a family came upon Park Taxis in the summer 2017 and have had them ever since! John who had not long been working for them was so friendly my mam has him for every journey she takes. He is the best taxi driver in Durham as far as lm comcerned. He sees my mam , who is a respectful 86 yr old lady, across the road to the taxi , stopping the traffic for her. He comes to her door and carries her bags to the car when picking her up for a job. He has helped sort a taxi for me when he/ Park Taxis couldn't do the job at a certain time. He/ they are the best Taxi company in Durham as far as lm concerned ! Well done to all at Park Taxis and all of their assosiets.
