They carried out an MOT and service on my Renault trafic and I was really happy with the work that was carried out. They kept me informed throughout the process and everyone I spoke to at the garage where well informed and friendly. 5stars
M. N.Very hepfull. Really nice people who go the extra mile to help.. Was there one day and a passing couple stopped with an unexpected mechanical problem. They were treated with sympathy and despite the unexpected extra work helped and sent on their way. That's the kind of garage this is. Prices are very reasonable too.
L. S.Can't thanks the guys at Automak enough for the recent work they have done on my car. After being quoted an obscene amount to get car fixed at volvo across the road and unable to drive it home, the guys let me leave my car at Automak until they had space to start the work and what would have cost us at least £800 at volvo cost half of that here. They are very honest and knowledgeable and we will definitely be using them again!

J. W.Blackcircles first directed me to Automak a few months ago when I purchased tyres that required fitting. I was very impressed with the customer experience and service as well as the cleanliness of the place.
I rang up about some brake works required on my car but naturally I had left things to the last minute and needed it urgently. The mechanic I spoke with ended up ring me back an hour later saying they could get the whole lot done for me today since it seemed other customers booked in hadn't arrived yet. I really appreciated this gesture and was even more surprised when they advised some components did not require replacing after all which reduced my bill. I would not have known the difference and been none the wiser!
The owner seems a really friendly chap running a well organised, honest garage and I will definitely be making this my garage of choice going forward.
