Excellent customer service. Operator super friendly and help always manages to book you a taxi there and then which I can’t say that about any of those other taxi services in Edinburgh. Taxi drivers are friendly too. This taxi service is the most reliable service in Scotland hands down. Thank you 5 star 🌟 I’d give it 10 if the option was available 😊

That was fast! I’ve used car hire services in the past but this was pretty faster than I thought. And cheaper than Uber that I initially requested and got cancelled. I’ll be sure to use when I come back to Edinburgh

I live in liberton and trying to get a taxi up that way in the morning isn’t happening for a good 30-50mins. And I always forget about bluebird as from the town but there at your door within 5-10. Which is what I always need as run late constantly. After 5-6pm find them hard to get

I use their services occasionally but from couple of years already. The service is always really great, on time and very professional. Thair rates are very good, if not the best in Edinburgh area.

Frogstone road to Castle Hill £20 on an old model car (as per the receipt), just visiting Edinburgh and there could be options for taxi. Late for five minutes on the scheduled pick up time from Mortonhall, not massive lateness but i had to call the operator for follow up, it's an issue of assurance that your taxi is coming or on the way. Operator's voice could be improved to make it more pleasant.
