I use Central Cars because they are reliable. Cars get dispatched quickly and arrive quickly and prices are good. Most drivers are chatty and i've only ever found the office staff friendly. Best taxi company in Cumbernauld in my view.

Don't know why this taxi company has such negative reviews. I have nothing but pleasant things to say about this company, the taxis turn up within two to three minutes or less. You receive a text alert informing you when the taxi has been dispatched and a tracking link. You then get a link when the taxi has arrived - what more could you want? Not to mention the fact that you don't even need to speak to an operator if your commuting between the same locations frequently. You just have to dial a certain number for a certain location in the list given by automation on the phone .The taxi drivers are always extremely pleasant and I have yet to encounter one that is not which is a triumph within itself. Some taxi drivers working for this company are a little reckless behind the wheel however it's to be expected. Taxis are also very affordable, It's a shame that most don't have a card payment option. Hopefully in the future this will be incorporated.

Driver had clearly been smoking in car! Strong smell of cig smoke & kept windows open for full journey despite it being cold. Took the long rd to our destination! Not impressed!
