Couldn't have asked anymore of a service , picked my teenage son up stranded in Cumbernauld , ensured he got home on a Saturday night ! The controller Scott was amazing too kept me calm & informed me when they had picked my son up. Definitely use again & recommend

Don't know why this taxi company has such negative reviews. I have nothing but pleasant things to say about this company, the taxis turn up within two to three minutes or less. You receive a text alert informing you when the taxi has been dispatched and a tracking link. You then get a link when the taxi has arrived - what more could you want? Not to mention the fact that you don't even need to speak to an operator if your commuting between the same locations frequently. You just have to dial a certain number for a certain location in the list given by automation on the phone .The taxi drivers are always extremely pleasant and I have yet to encounter one that is not which is a triumph within itself. Some taxi drivers working for this company are a little reckless behind the wheel however it's to be expected. Taxis are also very affordable, It's a shame that most don't have a card payment option. Hopefully in the future this will be incorporated.

Train from Glasgow to croy,phoned taxi operator explained was very busy and could be 10/15 after arrival,only thing I would have liked was a text to say what make /colour of taxi,as everyone was just running to every taxicab that came to the station

I use Central Cars because they are reliable. Cars get dispatched quickly and arrive quickly and prices are good. Most drivers are chatty and i've only ever found the office staff friendly. Best taxi company in Cumbernauld in my view.
