Have used this company for years and have found them to be very liable. Normally would rate them 5 star but they currently have a shortage of drivers. So getting a booking could prove difficult at the moment and the driver taking us to the airport thought we were very lucky that he accepted our booking. On our return to the UK we couldn't get an early afternoon booking back from the airport.

I have used this company for 10+ years. Service is not as good. Taxis are late which is of no use to me going when going to work. Becoming a bit of a habit. Booked at 3.40 for 4pm pickup. Called at 4.15. Top of list he said. At 4.30 I gave up and used another company. Such a shame if this is how it is going to go as I have met some nice people along the way. Shortage of drivers they say. Well stop advertising a service you cannot meet the demands of and tell existing dedicated customers they should try elsewhere instead.

I am a regular user and touch wood they always come on time and generally very polite. I would like to see all drivers take cards, a few have wanted cash and one went via a service station so I could get it from an ATM, I felt this was not totally acceptable.

I use automated system to book which has never failed. You receive message to your phone telling you what make car is and who driver is You can track the vehicle to see exactly where it is and how long it will be. This is great for safety no hanging around looking where your car is with no idea when it is arriving. Drivers always been pleasant. All good👍🏻👍🏻

Had brilliant driver yesterday Hardeep such a really honest genuine guy that looks after his passengers. Again today Sadie so helpful and kind. If you get Peter you'll never go wrong he's a diamond. Ive been a loyal customer for just over 4 years but I also take dozens of taxis per month due to disabling injury in forces. There are some operators mainly weekends that could benefit from a customer care or customer relations course. I find weekend staff at times rude and discourteous. I sometimes find my loyalty to the company means nothing they're not rotating drivers jobs they are letting drivers pick and choose who and which jobs they want. I have tried to talk to someone about this many times but complaining makes no difference they don't care I'm one customer

Great taxi company , however, some drivers are ignorant. I even caught a driver going through my jacket. Thankfully only a vaporizer was in the pocket. Majority of drivers are very good. Certain driver driving at awful speeds,very angry , was like road rage. Keep up good work. should take notice of one of your drivers who is going to cause a nasty accident if he can't handle his temperament. Other than that , 95% reliable,prices a little dear but acceptable. Can't complain. Thank you.

It’s been along time since I lived in the Mearns but each time I fly back I use Eastwood Mearns taxis to pick me up at the airport (cheaper than the airport taxis) Fast service and always polite drivers.

The vast majority of drivers are courteous and helpful and I can't fault them; with the exception of one driver who took my vulnerable elderly mum to a shop for her to buy milk and refused to wait for her and drove off leaving her stranded. Apart from that one incident the company is very reliable. I use them frequently.

Always a great service. Frequently get taxis for red eye flights at ridiculous times.in the morning. Not once have they been late. Not even one minute. Texts, calls and live tracking is also really good.

On 21st September our flight arrived on time at 11.15 am and we cleared customs and baggage quickly. However we had to wait over 10 minutes from our phone call to arrival of the taxi. The driver told us he was in Kinning Park having left the airport 15 minutes before the call came through. What happened to watching the flight arrivals board.

The operator told me the taxi would pick me up from airport in 10-15 mins so I booked but the reality was the taxi was in Giffnock and took 30 mins to arrive. I really would like an accurate timing when phoning to book so I can decide which service to use. My driver did drive as quickly as possible to make up time but in that situation I would have walked to the hotel/ garage to avoid the extra £2 and speed up pick up.

Used to be a great service, but since they’ve been taken over, the service and standards have def gone downhill at the same time as the price has gone up. Cars are not as clean, drivers scruffier and when Southside cars are sent instead of EM, they don’t take card payments.

Booked Eastwood Mearns because they offered the best price for pick up of three couples from Glasgow Airport and drop off at three different towns in Ayrshire. This was after midnight on Saturday night. There was a slight delay with disembarking the flight but no hassle from the taxi company. Would use them again for multi drop off.
