Good service but they can be very busy at times, like my last taxi was on a Friday so I was told the wait would be 40 minutes wait. After calling a few times I was told there was no cars in drumchapel still then 5 minutes later I got a call from a driver saying he was waiting on me outside, but once I got in the car the meter was already running and when I asked why he said waiting charge as he had been sitting outside for 5+ minutes even tho I had been told no cars when I called and I didn't get a call or text saying he was there.

I ordered a taxi from Oliver’s and the service was excellent- rapid response and a very courteous driver in Alec, great to converse with, no pressure or awkward silences or conversation, pleasant safe journey, immaculate cab, brilliant prices, keep this service up please!

Really good service. My son booked me Uber from Drumchapel one Wednesday night and 3 taxis in a row did not turn up as they thought it too rough but left me on the streets anyway, Oliver's whatever the stigma is and it is none of my business as I want a safe ride home delivered. I leave very early Monday AM for train to London and I call them on train back and they collect. If you use them as a regular customer they go that extra mile and prices are decent. Staff are really nice too.

I could not fault this driver! I had my nephew in the car, he wasn’t feeling well earlier in the day and was sick, but I thought the 5 min taxi drive to his other aunties wouldn’t be too bad on him, long story short.. my nephew was sick in the taxi (I was fast enough to give him the inner of my bag) but the driver was so good and stopped at the next available place and ran straight to my nephew and helped him! After my nephew had calmed down the driver got out his dog bags for him to be sick in (he wasn’t thank god) but the point in this story is that this driver couldn’t be any more lovley and helpful! I always phone this company and it never disappoints!!!!

Great service, i wasn't home very long when the driver came to my door to hand in my son's phone that fell out of his pocket, he didn't even realise he dropped it so i am very thankful😊
