l. b.Great service from Raz hire and our driver Mohammad. We were going from Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport at 3am to catch a flight so I was nervous that the car would turn up OK. I needn't have worried. The confirmation messages received in the day before we left provided reassurance, as did the text and tracking app to see where our driver was. It all went really smoothly. Reliability is key when you've booked a car for an airport journey and Raz hire certainly proved to be 100% reliable, and efficient. Driver Mohammad was great too, thoroughly nice guy.

R. N.Airport Transfer: I couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received on our trip to Glasgow from Raz Private Hire & Airport Service.
We booked the airport pick up service a week before our flight and from the moment I contacted them, the communication was clear, consistent and flawless. I had several questions and each time I needed to ask or query anything, I received a prompt response back.
I was travelling with my younger cousins and an infant so we needed a larger car to accommodate all the things we needed to carry especially with a baby. This was made available to us.
We also needed a very early morning pickup for our return flight from a rather remote part of Glasgow where we had gone to stay. Our pickup was scheduled for 4am and even with that early start, I was assured that there would be no problem and our driver would arrive exactly on time. Both times, our driver was ready and waiting even earlier than our scheduled times.
One standout thing for me throughout this service was having our driver, Amar’s contact details. He was the one we dealt with all through so there was no confusion or loss of information. We knew who he was and he whatsapped us the day before our pickup for the first flight to confirm. And did the same for the return.
I’ll be singing their praises to anyone who asks and would highly, highly recommend this service. You won’t be disappointed and more importantly, your break / or holiday won’t involve any anxiety because you can be assured they will go above board in their job.

This was an exceptional service, provided. It was a smooth, transparent, and easy process. The owner made sure to keep in contact with me, pior to my flight, so that it would be an efficient service. I had issues with my card payment, and the owner still secured my booking, while my payment was pending. He was a step ahead of me, when I had difficuitlies with my cellphone carrier after landing, and still managed to get in touch with me.
This compant really goes out of their way, which shows they care. It is exceptional -- and no other company compares.
I also had issues with my SIM card, and the driver (owner) picked me up afterwards, and drove me to my cell phone carrier, so I could get something sorted. NO other company would do this, and go out of their way. This, in my opinion, is what makes Raz Private Hire outstading, and what sets them apart from other companies (which, we've all had sunpar experieinces with, like waiting 1 hour after landing for). Within seconds of arriving, the driver was waiting for me.

Amar, also the owner, stated that he believed in quality over quantity and Raz provides just that, being early to pick up as well as keeping me updated on where they were. I will be recommending them to anyone needing a taxi in Glasgow no matter the trip.

I edit this review because I can't leave another 5 star one, once again Raz goes above and beyond any firm I've used. I spent the weekend in London visiting a friend of mine, the travel to and from being highly stressfull; all bar the rides to and from the airport, which couldn't have been better.
The Raz drivers were punctual, polite, and professional. In addition when my flight was delayed I was easily able to communicate and keep in touch so that I didn't have to worry about said flight delay affecting my journey from the airport. Once again I am amazed at the quality of service. If you use any service, make sure it's this one.

I booked a couple of days in advance and immediately received an email telling me the name of my driver (so no "we couldn't find a driver" 10 minutes before the taxi was due), and the reg and model of the car so I could be confident as a single lady that it was the right car. The fare was quoted and I paid at the point of booking, so it was all exactly as promised.
Sure enough, on the day Amar arrived 20 minutes early, text to let me know and waited for me (no waiting charge or anything, he just wanted to be sure he was there for me). We had a lovely chat on the way to the airport and everything was totally smooth. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Raz Private Hire were easy to book online, I made a payment and received a receipt. Exactly what I would do with Uber, except I knew what I was paying in advance and didn’t have drivers constantly cancel on me at the last minute.

E.Highly highly recommend! I used this service as I had a 6am flight and wanted to be sure I got to the airport in time, and I am so glad I did! It started to snow right before I was to leave for the airport but my driver, Amar, made sure to arrive a bit early to pick me up and ensured we got to the airport safely in the crazy weather. I also received an email confirmation and text message a few days before and the day before my schedule pick up which put me at ease that I would have a ride at 3am. Could not recommend this company enough!
