I made two mistakes when booking a taxi this week. I phoned in a panic but both times the operators were incredibly patient and sorted out the problems really quickly! The first time I'd tried to prebook and ended up with a taxi saying it was on its way lol! That was sorted out over the phone and I pre-booked through the operator. I realised twenty minutes before the prebooked was due that I'd messed up times and phoned to ask if one could come earlier.A taxi arrived for me straight awy and I was on time! Thank you so so much to the two operators and the driver who came x

Shout out to the fab drivers who travelled long distances at short notice to get a group of stranded nurses home last night after our flights were cancelled due to the storm. Fab service! And thank you for getting us all home safe. Hope the journey back for the drivers wasn't too bad.

I was impressed with service this morning during busy time taxi arrived prompt. Also used for return journey from city centre. They have good reliable system, when job is allocated they send text to track your car with arrival time. The drivers were very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Mostly fine but I've been left a few times standing 10-15mins before calling and finding out they haven't booked me a taxi. I've also gotten into an argument with staff before when I've asked a driver to come back so that I could check if we dropped a phone in his car, offered to pay the cost of coming back but the woman got really rude. Eventually he did come back and our phone was in the car behind a seat. Drivers are all nice and extra helpful, can't fault them.

Having had many negative experiences with taxis in the Glasgow area especially with airport pick up, it was refreshing to have a positive experience for once. You get sent a text with a tracker as to ETA of the vehicle which is extremely helpful. Pick up was prompt and expectations were realigned thanks to tracker. Our driver was very friendly and provided good conversation throughout the drive. Pricing also reasonable. Would recommend!

We are a company just relocated to Hillington industrial estate and called Southside Radio Cars to collect staff from the station and return to the station each week day. Prebooked a taxi for collection at 10pm in Priesthill on Xmas night. Car was bang on time; and charged the same as one I had taken from Central Station earlier in the day I had been nervous after seeing a lot of negative reviews on all the taxi website about prebookings. My kids reminded me that most people that do reviews post negatively; few take time to report good service.

Got picked up at the airport at 2am by driver charles. He was very bright and funny. Very helpful with my bags. Didnt wait long and the track my driver text is great its a bonus to know the car before pick up

We unfortunately required a taxi to take us from Fairley Street Ibrox to the critical care unit at the Queen Elizabeth hospital yesterday around 12.40pm, and the cab arrived within a few minutes of our phone call. We would like to record our thanks to the driver. He was very friendly and helpful and made our journey there an interesting experience telling us the history of Govan which we appreciated very much. If the need arises again we will certainly be calling a Southside taxi.

Love the tracker on this. You can see when it's coming, who your driver is an where they are. With teenagers and children on route to hospital at 5 in the morning it's put a mothers mind well at ease. Will always use this company
