Absolutely fantastic company we had accommodation changes and travel lite sorted the re routing without any issues. Bags always there in good time and a friendly wave from the drivers when passing enroute. Would highly recommend and will use again this has been our 3rd trip.

We used the baggage transfer when walking West Highland Way and also arranged a transfer from Fort William to Edinburgh at end of walk. Both services were excellent. The transfer back to Edinburgh was actually very reasonably priced for the 4 of us. Alan (the driver) was really friendly and helpful - an excellent ambassador for Travel Lite. Would definitely use Trave Lite again and recommend to others.

To everyone at Travel-lite, a HUGE "Thank you" for your efficiency, professionalism and hard work!!! I am now back home, having walked The West HIghland Way "the wrong way" ...... north to south. I realise that doing the reverse route gives travel-lite big headaches, and extra work, but my bag arrived safely every day and on the two occasions I saw one of the drivers, it was a pleasure to meet him. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

20210705-0713: Updated. Noticed my hip clip to back pack broken off and useless without clip. I'll contact to see if they help. My backpack could have had the clip broken anywhere even by someone stepping on it at a staging site. Travel Lite graciously compensated me for the clip regardless of where or when it happened. True service and customer focus. Original post: Travel lite took my backpack throughout the West highland Way from Milngavie to Fort William. The price was £45 for 8 locations I listed but more could be if needed. They were fast efficient and friendly. I hadn't planned on using a bag of service but was recommended and I am sure glad I did. I recommend travel light for your baggage transfers.

I am very happy with this company and their service. They were super helpful from the very beginning when i had loads of questions about the bags and leaving/pick up points on the west highland way. Our bags were safely transferred from Tyndrum to Fort William (as we decided to do only half of it) with the stops in Inveroran, Glencoe Mountain resort and Kinlochleven. All the time bags were dry (which was very important for us after a day in the rain) and nicely waiting for us to be picked up from designated points. I definitely recommend to use this service to make your hike more pleasant.

Cheerful, responsive and efficient, this company did everything right for us on our Highland trek. There is little to match the sense of relief when arriving at your accommodation after a hard day's plodding to see your bag waiting for you, and that much-needed shower become an immediate possibility. Smart van, too. Thanks, team, for making one element of our walking challenge that much less challenging.

Made the decision to use baggage transfer at about 8pm on Saturday evening on day 1 due to a knee injury. By 8:15 everything was sorted. Bags were always ready at the prearranged place. We also used the company for a transfer back to Milngavie and were expertly driven and entertained by Craig who could not have been more helpful. We thoroughly recommend Travel-lite and could not have completed the WHW without their superb services. Thank you!

It's great to have your bags dropped off at your next accommodation. But then it would be nice if it's really dropped off at the right place. After a 22 miles walk and a full day of rain we had to pick up our bags at another b&b and had to walk with them for 0,5 mile. Not pleasant! But we were lucky: by coincidence we called our b&b about another matter and heard about the rerouting of our luggage; which have saved us another extra mile walking! Luckily Ryan replied to our email straight away and for the next 3 days everything went smooth. Apologies the next day when Bill picked up the bags would have been highly appreciated... When we came home I complaint about this matter and they were very emphatic: refunded more than we expected. I assume the above mentioned matter will never happen again.

This company are fantastic they looked after my rucksack guitar and food and had it waiting for me at every stop along the west highland way I had planned out for them. in fact. The acutely helped me plan it better 👍we all so traveled home to Glasgow with travel lite .and the VW transporter sent to pick us up. Had alan the driver who was fantastic and very knowledgeable on Scotland's history of hill walking and mountain ranges .thanks travel lite. EDIT: Matter got resolved quickly with thanks to Ryan who politely explained what had happened and had fixed the issue. Thankyou Ryan for contacting me and explaining!!! Got told by multiple people and other campsites that we can have our bags transferred from Tyndrum to Kingshouse Hotel. Turns out that’s not the case , instead they left our bag which has our clothes, food, tent and sleeping bags in tyndrum. Apparently they only drop off / take your bags if you’re a hotel guest. But they didn’t even pick up our bag.

Absolutely amazing company. Very reasonably priced. Baggage was always there on time. Ryan was incredibly easy to get hold of and took great care of us. But we also left a frying pan at one of our youth hostels and they sent someone out to go get it and make sure it was at our next stop! Could not recommend them enough

We highly recommend this company for the WHW hike! They were flexible, even when we chose to change accommodation locations due to rain. We also had a hiccup with an airbnb not allowing drop off before check in, and the crew went out of their way to come back later in the day to bring us our bags. Maintained great communication through the whole trip.

We did a bit of googling and found their van in the carpark at about 8am. We was worried as we hadn’t pre booked But the driver was very helpful. No issue with it being last minute.
