K. M.Use this service a lot but for some reason they have something against Ballantay Road. Happy to take me there but refuse to pick me up. Weird. When the operator declines they type "STOP ORDERING FROM HERE" on the app. Selective service.

S. I.Because I had only read bad reviews about Z Cars I was scared the first time I booked a car. I am glad to say the fear went away as soon as I sat in the car. The driver was lovely, very kind and polite, he was on time and he drove my partner and I to work. After that we booked another car some weeks later, and then again and again. It's maybe the seventh time we book with Z Cars now and we have always been happy with their service. All the drivers we met were super friendly and polite.
The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I think they should update the app, as you can only put some locations as pick up point/destination, but I definitely recommend them!
