V. M.Very quick to turn up! Round trip to the hospital. I booked in advance on the way out but just called when ready to go back home and someone was with me straight away! Both drivers really helpful and patient, I’m on crutches. Would definitely recommend!! Like you know who is picking you up in what car, it felt really safe
J. T.Patient telephonist who couldn't hear my details as the train I was on had poor reception. Called back she almost remembered me and had a cab to me in no time at all.
Can driver was very professional efficient helped me load my case into the car boot no trouble for him at all. Then had it ready even alighted and took me to the front entrance of hotel so minimal dragging of suitcase.

S. B.After a few dodgy and very unsettling experiences as a woman at 5 star taxis I decided to use A star. I first started using this company in 2020 when my partner had dislocated his knee and was struggling to walk. From the start the drivers were always so helpful and some even assisted my partner into the car and out of the car - this is never expected but extremely appreciated. I have recently started to use A star again for work purposes and seem to have the same driver each time which is lovely, prices are always reasonable and the service is friendly. Cannot fault you guys!!

M. T.Your driver Moy65 was very helpful & considerate, when he came to pick us up after being stranded for ten hours with a broken down rental car at the cross junction of 4 busy roads. He helped us push the vehicle to a safer location, & even asked if we have eaten. Although it was close to midnight, he drove safely & steadily & ensured we got into the compound before moving off. Thank you Moy! We had a tough day but your good service & warm personality made things better.
