Ian from John’s Private Hire was very punctual - I booked for the pick-up a day before (on a Sunday). He was very courteous and respectful. He even went the extra mile to try to ensure that I have transport to get back home safely after my appointment at the GP surgery. Highly recommended and I would definitely use their service again. We have used John’s Taxis for several years, and have become used to a very cordial and reliable service. However on a recent trip to London with 3 of us on board, we were reminded of the value of entrusting our lives to a highly competent individual, as our driver calmly and effectively evaded being an accident as the car in front lost control and swerved violently across all 3 lanes of the M4, colliding with the central reservation and spinning back across the road. With pulses raising we checked that the driver was OK, and his composure was as reassuring as his driving had been. Thank you.

My family and I have been using them for years now ,always on time ,reasonable prices ,happy drivers and no awkward silence (the older drivers)that is 😁 You can't go wrong with them ,go on give them a go 👍😁😁 And Im always happy to see cameras in taxi,s 😁,keeps every one safe 👍

I can not recommend this service enough. Two girls visiting Gloucester, so don’t know the area very well. We were picked up by Tony, who was so pleasant and made us both feel very at ease. He even came early to get us as we were cold waiting haha! Very professional service with reasonable rates.
