I have to commend 321 Taxi for their outstanding customer service yesterday to our business. We had a customer stranded in the Cotswolds area due to vehicle breakdown. 321 Taxi accepted payment from us over the phone and arrived on time to collect our customer. As he was still dealing with collection of his car, 321 Taxi assured us they would send another driver as soon as we were ready to call again. Our customer was picked up - at his own chosen time - despite 321 Taxi having been there once already. 321 Taxi liaised with me throughout (about 4-5 telephone calls) and ensured our exclusive business customer wasn't left to pay any of the taxi fare himself. Amazing service and attention to detail, thank you so much.
