The driver was friendly and fun to chat with. The journey was easy and good. I had never used the pay by phone method of payment, and showed me how to make that payment. Very helpful, professional driver.

hull taxis have never been the best but now they are under the same umbrella 'drive' all seems very disorganised, very difficult to communicate with the office, the automated online booking service didn't appear to work. the office don't know what the drivers are doing or where they are or even if they are on shift.

First dealings with Drive, rang up ordered taxi. It arrived when asked and drive was pleasant. What more do you need? Price was decent too. Hedon to Hull train station £10.30.

Driver number 9 needs to loose his licence as drives while on his phone but there is some spot on drivers here

Used 2 cars to attend a medical appointment today. Both arrived very promptly, had clean vehicles and were polite and drove smoothly. Neither driver wore a mask. Despite being aware that my destination was a medical centre the first driver encouraged me to remove my mask (which I declined) before informing me that he previously contracted Covid-19 some weeks previously. The second vehicle was fitted with a screen dividing the front from the rear which gave a much greater sense of comfort as regards the social distancing. I tried to use the air-pay service offered when I booked the first journey but despite receiving confirmation on my phone the driver’s system did not show payment and I needed to ‘pay in car’. Fortunately I did have sufficient cash to pay the driver directly. Despite the issues, I would use the service again
