This is the first time I've used Cab Smart, I'll be honest I usually use Avenue Taxis. Despite giving them plenty of notice they advised me that they couldn't guarantee getting me to the railway station on time. So having heard Cab Smart advertise on local radio I decided to give them a try. A few minutes late but I was kept updated regarding this. The cab was clean and the driver very polite and helpful so mo hesitation recommending them or using them again.

Booked these a week ago for my daughters wedding as she needed a large taxi for her dress and they were very helpful. The driver arrived on time for both journeys and was very helpful and patient with us. Thank you and will definitely use again.

Got me out of hole twice today at very short notice when no other taxi service in Ipswich would. They were cheaper as well. So I find the low reviews not true from my point of view. Thanks again for getting me to and from the car garage at such short notice. If this is the standard of service they have all the time, then I will be using these in future.

Used this company to get and family to and from Lets Rock Ipswich having stayed at the Premier Inn in Ipswich. Both our outgoing 10am cab and 11pm cab turned up on time and both drivers were very helpful, especially the driver on the return journey who was especially friendly. Will certainly be dialling their number next time I'm needing one in the area. Excellent service and easy booking over the phone

Received excellent service last night from Cabsmart booked a 8 seater mini bus with 3 pick ups & 4 drop offs for a wedding. Driver was on time, helpful & polite. Really smooth ride & he made sure everyone was in their home before driving off. Highly recommend…thank you for providing a wonderful service.

Polite, kind drivers. On time. Wait for you to go inside the house before driving away which is a bonus for a woman alone at night. Polite staff in the office and phones. Clean taxi's. Send a text so you know license plate,make and model of vehicle. Won't use any other company now, used alot lately very happy with the service, thank you plus Alan is the kindest taxi driver I have ever had, I've never had a driver hold a door open for me before!, thank you.

Needed to get my daughter to hospital as she had recently miscarried & was now getting severe pain. Was picked up from Maidenhall then her from Chantry and on to hospital. She took a turn for worst on way & was sick(luckily I had plastic bag) & had started to bleed profusely making quite a mess. The driver was so understanding,I went got cloth from cleaner & cleaned seat while her Dad took her in,driver was more concerned about my daughter. On top of that only charged a tenner. Daughter had used them before and never had bad experience yet. They took her home from hospital too.. It's now 6 year's since I wrote my original post, most of the driver's are great but the taxi firm itself is now so appalling I don't know where to start, I was told by them when my booked cab was late that they were very busy & I quote 'booking a taxi doesn't mean you'll get it at that time, just mean's you go to the front of the queue',! ! So what's the point in booking, after waiting nearly an hour, being 1st in queue, another taxi firm was called & they were there to pick up in 10 minutes. This is just 1 in a long line of thing's that has happened over the past year I would say, don't know if they have a new boss or what's going on but, I'm no longer using them

Very smooth booking today. Receptionist was friendly, and took my pre booking to the station down accurately. Was sent a text message confirming my booking, and a few mins before my taxi was due to arrive I received another text. Driver was exactly on time, and friendly and professional. I had a very good experience today, hence my rating.I hope they will continue with this service as Ipswich needs a 5 star taxi company! Well done for making my trip stress free!

Amazing company I've only ever had one issue as it was sorted within the week. Staff are great and very helpful and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Best taxi company in town Very cheap prices and always arriving early and dknt charge you for the wait time if they are early.

The actual drive was fine, turned up on time and driver polite. However the website states all cars have card payment so I hadn't been to the cashpoint and this car didn't. Luckily one of my family had cash but this might not have been the case.

Very good. Go from Sainsbury’s to Henley Rd frequently and v cheap. Particularly as used to London prices. No doubt locals in Suffolk are taken a-back, but can’t grumble and saves me walking up Fonnerau Rd 👍
