a. d.Taxi not limousine. App poor, charged via app as was in a rush and didn't notice to deselect, I always prefer to pay cash for taxis. Driver was excellent, which is rare. Even managed to come to the right street 1st time. First time for that in a long time. They have more cars than anyone else so I use them when rushed.
S. A.First class service! I met a lady by chance, who was having problems with another taxi firm (no show) I tried to ring them as she had, it just rang out. Quickly googled a company at Horsforth - as I'm not from there and Amber came up. They were amazing from start to finish, text message confirmation, calls to say they were there etc. I hadn't wanted to leave this poor lady in case Amber didn't turn up and she was left stranded. They came quickly and it was a relief for us both as she had to get to Headingley as her car was in for a service. Excellent, trustworthy company!

Beware if you tip the drivers on the app they don’t give the money to the drivers but keep it for the company. Appalling behaviour and totally underhanded. Tip the drivers cash instead.
L. W.We used the taxi service two or three times during an overnight stay in Leeds. They were very punctual. Just one little niggle.. one driver was talking on his phone the whole journey and dropped me off at the wrong place. Luckily, the right place was easy to find using Google maps walking - but I really shouldn’t have had to do this. No worries though. Happy overall.
P. S.Fantastic service from the driver, had to run for my train didn't get chance to pay on the journey down. He said pay as soon as I could, made it on to my train thanks to the driver.
