Pick up from Birmingham airport this Friday was fantastic. Shane left us a voicemail informing he had arrived for when we landed, rang him when we all though baggage collection and customs, met us promptly at an easily found meeting point, sorted out our bags, lovely clean car with bottles of water ready, really friendly and excellent service. Having the bread and milk ready for us to take home is a great touch. Would highly recommend!

A fantastic service provided by Shane from start to finish. He was reliable, punctual and vey helpful/friendly. I will be using his services again without any hesitation. The vehicle was in an immaculate condition and very clean inside. I cannot fault this service in any way as I was provided with a five plus star service. This was an exceptional service. Very happy, they picked us up from home very promptly and dropped us off at the airport with plenty of time to spare. When we landed they picked us up swiftly and it was a really comfortable ride with pleasant chat. We even had milk and bread for our return. First time user and the service was first class. 8 people picked up and dropped off at the airport on time by a lovely driver. 6 picked up from the airport on time again even though we were delayed by 2 hours. All dropped of with a complimentary pint of milk and a loaf of bread for all the travellers which came in very handy. Highly recommend Aerolink Airport Taxis. Shane was brillant, punctual, and the vehicle immaculate. Shane text/called before pick up and let me know he had arrived at the airport. Departure and return journeys were most enjoyable and even after a long haul flight and no sleep Shane went above and beyond stopping to get a much needed coffee and some breakfast en route! Attention to detail is given from water being available, a step to assist access into the vehicle and taking luggage right to the door! A professional chauffeur experience with a great personality. Our family of 5 used Shane Marlow's airport transfer service on March 21st 2021 (Aerolink Leicester). We arrived after an 18 hour journey from the Caribbean via Miami feeling exhausted and he was very attentive, keen and willing to assist us the moment we arrived until we got to our destination 100 miles away. He pushed our luggage, assisted with our 3 young children, was very polite, had water and phone chargers ready for us in the bus, which I must add was immaculate and quite comfortable. Mr. Marlow was a true professional, reasonably priced and a gentleman. Looking forward to using his services again. Highly recommend!!

Thank you Shane for your service, the pick up from my house for the outbound journey to airport was very smooth, I asked a time to be picked up and he was 15mins early. Very efficient and smooth drive to airport. Amazing service and fantastic prices, why park at the airport and worry about your car when you have Aerolink. I called on Saturday for a drop off the Monday, driver was on time, patient and friendly. On our return we faced multiple delays with our flight, we kept Aerolink up to date of the flight delays (of up to 15hrs) and when we eventually arrived back in the UK the Aerolink driver was waiting to take us home even bought us break and milk to get us going… what more can you want after such a delay with the flight. Any future trips Aerolink is my go to transfer company. If your in need to get to the airport be sure to call these guys.
