Really impressed with the service. I booked a cab because as a disabled mum that doesn't drive I find it hard to take my son on days out when having to catch a few buses. Found this service and thought, brilliant - I can just wheel my buggy on! Was more than impressed, they turned up on time, great communication too. Helped me to get the buggy in and out of the cab and I was even able to book a return journey when leaving the cab too. It made my day so much more enjoyable and easier AND was amazing value. Will be using again - thank you very much.

I received fantastic help from Khalil! I left my work bag in the taxi yesterday - didn’t realise until this morning. Khalil located it within two hours, I honestly want sure if I would see my laptop again! The original driver kindly dropped it off this evening. Wonderful customer care 👏👏

After struggling to find a taxi service with a reliable wheelchair car on a sunday- Leicester black cabs came along. For the past year they have supported a programme to get older people integrated into their local community. The manager has been nothing but efficient, with great communication and excellent customer service. Even whilst on holiday the team upheld great standards. 5star for an all round service. They have always been my go to when going up to Leicester and will continue to be.
