Called them a bunch of times for airport rides and was never disappointed so yeah so far they're great. Always on time and the price is fair(in line with he market).

Following an operation I had lots of hospital appoinments at Leicester General,and not well enough to drive and unable to face two buses each way I used Queens taxis frequently. Can honestly say I have nothing but praise for this company. Punctual, good value and all drivers were friendly and polite.

Currently a staff member at the royal infirmary and have been using queens taxis for several months. Never have a problem with them. Always seem to be on time and everyone is polite who I deal with. Booked cab last night for 8:00am collection today to Leicester train station. Cab was outside at 07.52, told him not quite ready yet he said no problem. Really nice guy, clean car and smooth drive. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend. Prices really reasonable aswell 👍

Book a taxi at 5 said it would be 20 minute didn't come rang them on the phone for a while till they picked up he said it would be another 15 minutes i said i got shopping that is melting he put the phone down on me so rang again then he answered said it was on the ring road its on its way two taxi pulled up from queens and both wasn't for me i waited a hour for the taxi at the cost of my frozen food defrosting who ever the bloke is that put the phone down shouldn't be in the job the woman i spoke to last was very nice and understanding and apologetic

Always use them. Arrive on time, drive safe, fair fares and friendly, professional people in the office. Would have to make a big change in how they do things to lose my custom. Just to add: I've been picked up by the owner a few times in the past (though I've no evidence he was the owner, but it would be a bit weird that the same older gentleman would pick me up multiple times over the years and claim it), and he is one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet. Seems very honest, open and genuine... I got no kind of bragging vibe from him whatsoever.

I always use Queen's taxis when I'm in Leicester, not least for the great SMS updates, but today I had exceptional service. At some point this week I lost my Kindle eBook reader. A call out of the blue from Dave at Queens told me one had been found and handed in by one of their drivers. He spent half an hour tracking me down and finding my phone number and arranged for it to be returned in the next taxi I booked. Exceptional service and great honesty from everyone at Queens. Thank you very much! I can't recommend them enough

My daughter was left stranded by a different taxi company at the weekend and I called Queens to get her picked up as her phone died while she called me in tears, i just managed to get her location before her phone died. The staff in the office were great and the driver called me to assure me he was on his way and I explained that my daughters phone had died on her but she was definitely there. As soon as he picked her up he lent his phone to her so she could call me to let me know she was ok. Excellent company and would highly reccommend!!!

Got cab from London to Leicester on Friday night. Asked for cab specifically at 10.30 as were doing something before and it arrived exactly at that time. He very sensibly phoned just before setting out so we knew he was coming and didn't have to worry. Paid in advance. Lovely driver. Many thanks!

Pleased to say that I am amazed with the service you guys bring to the whole of Leicester. I used to use other small local firms such as Westminster & Aylestone but there was always an issue...late arrival, price change and rude staff! But Queens are like the opposite...they arrive early and wait. The fairs never change, and the drivers&staff are always polite...youre doing a great job in there queens and i hope things dont change. Also thank you for helping my grandparents from Birmingham airport last Sunday, even though the flight was delayed. Much appreciated guys :)

Pre-booked a taxi for 4am to the train station, with a very nice lady in the office taking the order. Taxi arrived a few minutes before 4 with a friendly and helpful driver, and service cost less than a fiver. Great start to the day!

Recently moved into Oadby just under a year ago and was handed a card with the name "AIM TAXIS" on it, so that was helpful at the time as i needed transport for work. So the first few months i had no issues. But towards the last few weeks of me using them. The taxi was never arriving on time..always an issue basically. So i was walking down London road one day and walked past a different taxi firm with the name "Queens Oadby". And as i did not want to be late the next day for work (as i was on my last warning due to lateness). I decided to go inside and ask about the company, if they have cars early morning, how much for the journey from home to my work place which shocked me as id been paying £8.00 with AIM and Queens Oadby quoted me £6.50. So from there i decided to go with my gut feeling and in ALL honesty. With no exaggeration intended. It was probably the best decision I've made in my life. Just getting work on time goes a long way, and Queens understand this.

Was previously using Uber to get o work, but was recommended Queens by a friend. Unlike Uber they charge by the mile, so you don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic.

Just moved into the Clarendon park area recently.. i was out on saturday night at the Clarendon pub and i was struggling to get a taxi .. i asked one of the bar workers to help me out and she handed me queens taxis phone number and told me to use them..within 10 minutes i had a cab waiting for me! Really good service, very quick pickup. Good driver, attentive. The lady that picked up the phone at first told us it would take 20m for a pick up... but calling again they said 5 mins and they only took 5 minutes. Yay.
