Last weekend I flew to Liverpool Airport and I had arranged the transfer to my accommodation. The ride was safe and super comfortable. I will say punctuality, professionalism and reliability were there 100 %. Viktor took care of all my luggage and made me enjoy the transfer. He is friendly, open to have a conversation and he actually gave me some useful advices as I am new to this country. I am happy I met him and for sure he will be my first option from now on when travelling. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks for starting our London trip with a great experience. Excellent service, and good communication throughout. LPC took my elderly mother across country from the ferry port in Liverpool. She couldn't praise the driver enough for his care, friendliness and attention. She travelled in comfort and arrived refreshed. Would definitely use LPC again.

Viktor is the ultimate professional , prompt (he was actually early) immaculatley turned out, Very Handsome, Mercedes was spotless and had a sparkly interior roof looked like 🌟 stars. Viktor could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process of booking our airport transfer. LPC keep you informed at all times of drivers ETA etc. Viktor collected us on our return journey,and was very accommodating as we had to make an unforseen detour. My wife who is not very happy going on motorways could not have been more relaxed due to Viktors driving skills. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend LPC to anyone.

I can only HIGHLY recommend this company and Viktor. I left my booking rather late for there services. The first from John Lennon Airport to Liverpool, then Manchester Airport the following day. The initial planning process was very good, great communication with Viktor. Everything backed up via emails and whatsapp. Our first flight slightly delayed but no problem with LPC and Viktor. He was ready and waiting when we landed. Took us to our hotel the Titanic in Liverpool. Giving lots of information on the way. Day 2 another driver Andy collected us from hotel tfor our journey to airport. Andy again nice guy smart and knowledgeable. Both cars were in immaculate order and very comfortable. We have recently used this service for an airport run to and from Manchester airport. Viktor was punctual, professional and most of all personable. The Mercedes V class we travelled in was impeccable and he helped us with the cases both in and out of the vehicle. Hi, Viktor, Service was brilliant,thanks. We were about 10mins. late and Corneliu was in the right place at the right time but Fred Olsen, in their infinite wisdom, decided that luggage collection WAS from the Cruise Terminal not the Arena, so Corneliu drove down.We have been really pleased with the service for both journeys and will certainly call again next time we sail from Liverpool.

Hours before I arrived at the airport, the driver checked the arrival time of my plane (unprompted!) and thereby caught a mistake I had made myself when booking his services. He was incredibly accomodating and friendly, but still professional and mindful of coronavirus safety measures. The taxi itself was the cleanest and neatest I have ever seen, with a hand sanitizer and even small chocolate treats ready for the passenger. In a nutshell: a perfect experience with nothing to improve!

When I go the airport I always use Viktor, he's smart and I always have great conversations with him but most importantly he is reliable, as soon as I switch on my mobile after I land there is a message from him to reassure me he's at the airport, he always helps with my bags, I sent him to collect my parents as well and they didn't stop talking about how professional he was, his vehicle is always spotless and has water to hand he actually offered me his lunch once when I told him my flight wasn't serving food 😂
