I booked a car for 0845 as I had a hospital appointment for 10 am which I did not want to miss. I booked it 24 hours in advance .It was 30 minutes late and it put me in a mild panic .My only beef really is ,I would have preferred they told me they were very busy at that time and it may be late. That said ,everything worked out ok and it was a good ride.

Pretty positive experience, just needed to realise that we had to be really specific with the locations until one driver told us that not all calls are handled in Southport. Really friendly drivers, didn't need to be asked for help with the wheelchair and a better price than that quoted by another company

The two drives I had today were amazing, so helpful, the first driver got us to our appointment on time and was so polite, the second driver picked us up so quickly and got us home and then came back after I left my phone in his car and was so nice. I would use one call taxis again and again.
