Absolutely Brilliant and honest. I had my AC not working even after recharging the gas. As a last resort took it to them without a booking. They were kind enough to have a look to see what was going on. After 10 minutes it was fixed as some sort of error code needed clearing. When I asked how much is the bill? The answer was a smile :) They removed the errors free of charge. Very honest as and reliable. Strongly recommended.

I have been taking my beloved E-Class to A1 Merc Centre for years. Chris and his delightful team are absolute superstars, I trust this garage absolutely. They are never ‘sharp’, never over-charge – quite the opposite in fact – they are fair and decent and professional to a fault. Extraordinarily knowledgeable and ever-helpful, I often ask for a few cards in case I happen across any other Mercedes owner who needs ‘rescue!’ I am always pleased to recommend A1 Merc Centre to a fellow owner, because I know they are the best…. Sure, in due course, I will buy another Mercedes, but in very large part that is because I know that I don’t have to suffer certain main dealers ever again because I already have the perfect garage to look after my car, provided it is a Mercedes of course... Thank you Chris and your team for earning my trust - especially since that takes quite some doing! However, if as a customer you enjoy paying for a frou-frou coffee shop, loan cars and a bit of a wash and polish to justify a eye-popping invoice - this is not the garage for you!

I had my Sprinter engine replaced here. It is a massive job and I was wary of it not being done properly. After talking to many garages I spoke to Mario and Nick and they seemed to have the knowledge. Then I met Irfan the head mechanic and he knew what he was talking about technically and hes a great guy. So I chose the lads to do the work. It went really well and every setback was covered professionally and thoroughly. Any dodgy ancillary units they informed and we changed them too. This is how its done. Six months later and no hitches, very happy with it. These guys know their stuff. Thanks Guys. I wouldn't take my Sprinter anywhere else.

If you have a problem with your Mercedes that no one else can fix or you don't want the expense of taking it to Mercedes, my advice is take your vehicle here. You will not be disappointed. These guys know what they're doing. Seemingly you get what you pay for. Big thumbs up! They do not offer any courtesy cars though.
