Had Carrot Car booked for me by my employer. My driver Ahmed was very polite , neat and respectful. He immediately helped me with my luggage and got going. Ahmed was a delight to talk to while riding and he was quite knowledgeable about the surrounding of my target destination. The car was spacious , very clean (no smell of anything whatsoever) and all the Covid rules were adhered to. 10/10 would recommend

During this pandemic, I didn't want to take the tube to go to the airport so was researching online. After looking at several airport shuttle on the Internet, only Carrot Cars mention clearly they disinfect their cars after rides and ask their customers and drivers wear masks (you can leave it as a note just to be extra sure the driver wears it). I took Carrot cars going to the airport and coming back home and was happy with both journeys. I got the same driver for both and he was so friendly, professional (wore uniform), punctual and nice. If I or my family and friends need airport transfer in the future, I will definitely use/recommend Carrot Cars.

Our toddler threw up everywhere during our most recent trip with Carrot Cars, and the driver was incredible: he stopped for as long as we needed, and he didn't seem in the slightest bit annoyed about all the mess we'd made to the car. The customer service centre is very good and helpful. The majority of their drivers are on time, polite, with clean cars and are helpful. I have had the odd occasion whereby the drivers were very late, unhelpful or rude. I escalated to head office each time and they always make sure that the matter is dealt with properly, apologise and at times provide compensation. Carrot Cars are the only taxi service I use to get across London. I've never had any problems with them and would definitely recommend them. I like being able to book in advance and it's easy to change the pick up time if needed. Because my journey across London can take from 40 minutes to over an hour, I never have to worry about the cost changing as it's set beforehand. I also appreciate the new tool of being able to tip the driver via their app, which takes away the worry of always having to carry small change. An added bonus is seeing so many different parts of London. The drivers knowledge never fails to amaze me!

Correct and affordable service. With all the available options on the market, I was struggling to find adequate people for Gatwick transfer with my 1 checked in bag and a pair of skis. As soon as sports equipment was mentioned, price would go up 40% which is ridiculous. Carrot Cars were correct, everything was confirmed via app and phone, the driver messaged prior arrival, I didn't have to face any extra costs. The car was clean and spacious. This is the service to keep in mind to avoid London private taxi service mess, not to mention overpriced uber and Co, that may leave you without any kind of airport transfer in the middle of nowhere. Firstly, I LOVE Carrot Cars! I have been using Carrot Cars for probably the last 7 or 8 years, and see them more as my personal drivers than a taxi company. They always arrive early, the vehicles are always spotless (and nice cars as well), and the drivers are PERFECT - they are friendly, professional, caring without being intrusive, and perfectly polite. Carrot Cars' prices are also competitive with AddLee. In fact, they're in 90% cases slightly less expensive (especially to/from airports) - and that's despite me having 15% off AddLee due to being Silver member (I travel by taxi quite a bit). The only time I ever would take another company (for me the only option is AddLee, since I absolutely can't stand Uber), is when the wait for a car is too long with Carrot (they're still a small company). I literally only have good things to say about Carrot Cars, if they keep doing what they're doing - they should continue to grow and take more market share - they're doing everything right and other companies should follow their example.

One of the best things about Carrot Cars is that you can have an almost chauffeur experience with a very reasonable price. Drivers opening/ closing the doors for you, asking if you are comfortable, preferred radio station, temperature, clean and professional. Last time the driver helped my elderly aunt by carrying all her luggage's to her apartment ( first floor ). Really impressed.

It is an excellent car service, and very reasonably priced. I use it frequently to have my parents picked up from the airport. I like that they follow the arrival time and adjust the booking accordingly.

It had been arranged for me to take a Carrot Car taxi from London city center to Gatwick Airport and I was blown away by the attention to detail. Everything from the car, the considerate behavior of the taxi chauffeur (e.g. what music would I prefer to listen to?) to the small amenities such as phone chargers and complimentary bottle of water made the relatively long drive an enourmously comfortable experience. I was a bit disappointed once we arrived because I wished the trip could've gone on for a bit longer. Highly recommended service!
