T. C.Used Celine Travel to transport us home to Essex from a formal evening event in London. First class service all round from initial booking through to journey completion. Reassuring regular updates on both the order status and driver location made the overall experience stress free. Our driver, Julian, was really friendly, courteous and polite. He notified us on his arrival, told us where he was waiting and not to worry if we were running late. On our journey home we had a very enjoyable conversation with him, which made the time fly by. We would not hesitate to recommend Celine Travel for your transport service needs and are already planning to use then again for a forthcoming airport run.
Further update - used Celine Travel for above mentioned airport run. The driver went above and beyond expected levels of customer service. We were ready to leave on time when we received an urgent message requiring us to immediately complete, scan and return essential documentation for our trip, which we had not previously been made aware off. This delayed our departure by 50 minutes. The driver remained courteous and patient throughout and got us to the airport on time; whilst Celine Travel arranged a replacement driver and vehicle for his scheduled next customer to mitigate the impact of our delay. Exceptional customer service all round.
O. E.Great service. The cars are new and clean and the drivers are always helpful. The main office is also really accommodating to any changes to bookings/last minute requests. I have used them to organise 6 different transfers for an event this weekend and I could not be happier with the service received.

Les conducteurs sont arrivés à l'heure avec des véhicules de qualités (Mercedes Vito).
