G. u.I have used the black taxi service to take my dog, who requires easy access and space due to health issues, to the vet. Fabulous service from beginning to end. On time, great value and provided by efficient, kind and professional drivers and staff on the phone. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend, especially if you need to travel with your pet.
S. L.I was a cab driver with dial-a-cab for 15 years before they got bought out by Comcab. I had heard nothing but bad things about them, but I can honestly say that all my dealings with the organisation and the people in it have been excellent. Very helpful during the lockdown, in both a personal and financial wayl. Highly recommended.
T. W.My elderly nan has been using this service for years now. Every time they go above and beyond. They never rush her into the cab and they always make sure she gets right to her front door. The drivers have always been so friendly and compassionate. Some have even phoned me to confirm she reached her destination safe and sound! Absolutely amazing!

L. J.Very good service with professional drivers and purpose built vehicles that are designed to give maximum safety and are also wheelchair friendly including electric. Their knowledge of the area is second to none. You get what you pay for. If you want Mickey Mouse take an Uber.
L. M.Prebooked the outward journey had driver F98 who was excellent, very professional, escorted my disabled mother into the cab. Arrived a few minutes early. Return journey was booked by phone after her appointment, the driver called to say he was 20 minutes away and he would check if there were any closer drivers. He called back to say they couldn't get any one. Driver again was excellent, polite, friendly and offered assistance , driver was M44.
This was our first time using taxicard and it was very easy. I would highly recommend this service and particularly both drivers.
