Updated review: I had originally given Crawfords a 1 star review after an incident on the road with one of their drivers yesterday. The driver was an aggressive bully, who decided to speed up behind me, overtake me and slam on his brakes when he wasn't happy that I held back on a hill to allow space for a cyclist. The driver was not so clever because he ended up blocking the whole road which gave me just enough time to take a photo of his license plate and raise a formal complaint. Upon making my complaint, I cannot fault Crawford's care and professionalism and how they dealt with the incident. They informed me that dash cam footage had been reviewed and immediate action had been taken toward the driver. They assured me that dangerous and intimidating driving was not tolerated at their close-knit family run business and were clearly mortified that there was a reckless driver representing them. I thank the Crawfords team for being so kind to me when I was clearly very upset and wish them well in the future

Transportation arrangement made on our behalf so I cannot comment on the booking process. We didn’t meet under the happiest circumstances. Our driver was a gentleman. George was polite and professional. The car was a 5 series and quite comfortable. Doors were opened and closed for us. I’d rate a 4 but they made amends. We were told our driver would call us before picking us up. Instead we received an SMS with no location. However, it had the relevant contact number and booking reference. Once called our driver was happy to come to the collection point. He played decent music and there was good conversation.

Always a top shelf professional service from Crawford's - I have been using them for 4 years. Driver provided a face mask for me as mine had dropped in a puddle getting in the car and gave me a hand sanitiser - overall he made my journey feel very safe, followed up by watching a film on the in-car ipad - relaxing safe journey in current times - highly recommended.
