When she was on the way to the airport my friend discovered that she had taken my car keys by mistake. The driver "Rogerio" was amazing, he took the keys back to the office and co-ordinated with me to ensure I was able to pick them up. Super happy with the service from these guys.

I have to say, ive used a few cab services in London and by far Elite is the friendliest service ive ever experienced. I had an ill dog who i had to take to the vets every 3 weeks, they would kindly let me take my little dog in the bag with me. The driver who sadly left the company.. was always prompt, on time and very kind and friendly! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

I live locally and have always used Elite cars whether it is to take me somewhere or pick me up. They are reliable, reasonably priced and the cars are always nice and clean also as a women travelling alone I always feel extremely safe which is really important I cannot recommend them enough

Excellent service, used for an airport transfer from Old Malden to Heathrow T5. Driver was early and waited patiently outside, he was well dressed, polite and the car was emaculate. The price was also competitive and fixed in advance. Having had poor experiences with other local car services, Elite is a breath of fresh air.

2 journeys . One turned up 5 minutes early. Really polite driver. Other one 20 mins late blamed controller and worried about car getting scratched. Not so polite! !
