I left my phone in the mini cab last night. Thank god the people that got in the after me was very honest and handed it to the drive. But in the mean I was panicking i email the office they was fantastic they got hold the driver emailed back saying they had my phone. Just the support I got was brilliant. I Picked my phone up this morning. The service I received was brilliant. Thanks again. I always use express cars never ever had any problems. I would recommend them totally.

Great experience. Controllers in office are very helpful in booking my flight transfers. Once my flight was late but I didn't have to worry because the controller keeps a track on your flight and send the driver to pick you up accordingly. This saves time and money trying track your driver and not paying waiting charge to drivers.

My family and I hav been using this cab service for over 20 years, obviously with different management and experiences both good and bad. However, over last year I/we as a family have welcome the continued politeness, patience and positive attitude from all of the drivers when we call for a cab from any pick up point. I hope the present management continue to monitor and inform their drivers the need to be respectful to their customers .

I was having a nightmare time trying to arrange the transportation of a small wedding group of 27 from Town Hall to the reception and from there later to a party venue. Tried about half a dozen firms. It was the biggest stress point of the wedding arrangements. I got a quote from Express Cars. Was told the possible combination of people carriers/saloon cars that were needed. The cost was reasonable. Paid up front, always a risk with minicabs! But we couldn’t fault them. We came out of the marriage ceremony to a line of cabs, 5 in total. They took us to the reception venue. Then, 3 hours later, bang on time another line of cabs to move everybody on to the next venue. Can’t fault them. Firm was brilliant. And I never believed I would use that when describing a cab firm!,

Was very much recommended by several people on a neighbourhood and site and we have used them three times now for airport runs including one pick up with lots of luggage and small kids and the service has been exemplary. Very helpful company who are very reliable. I am disabled and the drivers were very good at helping me to get in and out of the vehicle. The fare was very reasonable and they have a very good app which allows you to book online and see where your taxi is as well as details of your driver.

Hit n Miss cab service. More often than not very good. Reliable, reasonably priced and friendly. On two occasions however I've experienced problems. Last of which, I had dinner reservation in East End road. Although, restaurant was closer than estimated price and having to guide driver there. Price was higher than necessary and driver was rude. I'd recommend, but ensure you have the exact destination ready for the controller.

Used them by pure chance. As it turned out it was a blessing. Very good service and the amount charged was less than other minicab companies I'd used. Even if I didn't book I found that they arrived within 10-15 minutes of my call. And they phoned when the cab arrived. Courteous, efficient and competitively priced. What more could you ask for? By the way I use them 2-3 times a week so this is not a one off review.

Recepcionist on call for booking is always very friendly and professional. The cars have a nice smell and good music, also very clean and confortable. The drivers are in time, check the fastest way to get the destination, drive safely and are very friendly, polite and respectful. The price is excellent, cheaper than others. 5 star service. Best cab office in North London by far, ordered a car to Holborn and was sent a confirmation text, which was reassuring and was notified of the whereabouts of the driver and the estimated eta, driver arrived promptly and was very professional. Will definitely be using again.

Used their service mainly for airport transfers. Fast, reliable and prices are in the right range. You can both book from website or their app. You can check where's your driver and you get a text when the car is almost with you. Can't recommend more. Will definitely use it again.

We needed a cab to A&E at 4am on Friday, and the driver showed up in 5 mins as promised by the main office. Express Car's office was calm even though I wasn't! Before contacting Express Car, we tried another local minicab company, which made us wait for more than 45 mins as their driver became lost. I had to call that company twice while waiting to go to A&E.

The drivers are very friendly and the prices are really low! I booked with them on the Christmas eve and on boxing day to take me to and from the airport and they didn't even charge extra! Drivers were always on time and esspecially the one that had to pick me from the airport had to wait there for about an hour because our flight was delaid but he didn't charge us more. Very good service I will definetely use this company again when it's needed.

I started using you two months ago now, and getting the kids to school on time was always a constant worry due my tight work schedule, but to be fair your drivers normally a few minutes early, so i cant complain because I no longer have to do the walk to shame!!! Edit: after posting the initial review, the owner of the company got in touch and apologised for his staffs actions. I booked a taxi online for airport pick up and it quoted me £32. Once the ride was over, the driver called the head office to tell me its actually £45. Headoffice apparently tried to call me to tell me the price is quoted wrongly but couldnt get ahold of me. I had no missed calls that day and I was in London so definitely no excuses for them to lie and say they tried to contact me. Even an email would have been suffice. Did not want the trouble so paid the £45 and told them they've lost a customer and I will definitely be telling everyone to not use their services again.

After initial enthusiasm for this place I find myself reverting to the frequently infuriating Swiss Cottage Cars, whose prices remain the lowest in London. Express are still competitive and the cars good, but I was put out by a driver trying to add a surcharge for some (not terribly large) boxes of shopping I had on me recently. But mostly I've been put off by the fact that they no longer seem to be the cheapest.

I use this service regularly with my client, and they have been good. They send you a driver picture, car locator, and a description of the person to help you locate the cab. The punctuality is good too.
