I have used a different local minicab company loyally for years. They were unable to provide a car yesterday despite several hours noticed so I googled and found this company. They turned up exactly on time with a comfortable and clean vehicle and drove my son and me to our destination in Teddington via an efficient route, all for a very reasonable price. I will use them again.

VERY RELIABLE. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Myself, my friends, and family have been using this company for many years and on a regular basis. Never have we come across a case of poor service or been let down, and never have I heard of such a case. Please use them with confidence, and ignore the negative review as it may have been written by a rival firm.

Booked them on the strenght of their reviews and location Agreed a pick up time of 7.15pm and the driver arrived early at 7.05 Went down to meet him outside our block of flats but could not locate him. So we walked to main road but still no sign. Rang cab company who said they would get the driver to call us direct. Didnt happen. Had to put in a second call to them b4 he did. Turned out he was in the wrong place. Blamed his SatNav although not had this problem b4 with other companies. Finally got to leave about 7.25 so we were a little late. However arrived desination on time but found his driving a little erratic. One minute he would speed up and then slow right down. No consistency. Had planned to use them for the return journey but decided against it and the restaurant called us a local cab Probably wont use them again as too many other good firms around However on the plus side it was a nice car and very clean
