I have used this company for over 10 years. I had a specific driver when I was going through cancer treatments who knew how important it was for me not to catch a cold so when he caught one, he sent another driver to keep me safe. Hannay was and is the best. The drivers are all kind and courteous and always early for pickup. Airport runs are reliable and helpful. My local firm is highly recommended. These guys are the best

I've used midland cars for 9 years now and they have always been prompt on timing and very helpful. Great customer service, get out the car, open the boot put my luggage in etc. Never had any issues with these guys ever.... Professional mini cab service and usually surprisingly cheaper than uber at most times

Great service! friendly receptionist who took my booking and friendly drivers, the cab arrived quickly within 5 - 10 mins of me requesting it, and reasonably priced (£5 for 1.5 mile journey). Would definitely use this company again!

Use Leyton Midland Cars ona frequent. Never had a problem. Customer services is good, good telephone manners every time I call up. Drivers are very good and always on time. Do recommend.

They're so lovely, for the most part. We use them occasionally; mainly for veterinary visits, which aren't often. (Because unlike Über, they won't leave you on the side of the road if they don't want cat carriers in their cars. And dispatch never tells the driver they're picking up pets.) But Midland does; we make it very clear to dispatch. Nearly every time I call, the fellow says "Is this Amy? How are you, darling?" I don't know if he just recognises my clearly Canadian accent, or what, but it makes me smile. There is one older fellow in particular that we just love as a driver, too. Very sweet and so kind about our pets. However, last time, in the space of an hour or so vet visit, there must have been a shift change. The dispatcher had no idea where Midland Vet is, the driver went to the wrong address, so I had to call them to repeat the proper address (which was already a bit laborious the first time), so they could tell him. Our cats are rescues, so they are terrified of strangers, cars, being in carriers, etc. The driver then sped to our house, sailing over every speedbump and pothole *hard*, which upset the cats even more. Wasn't happy about that. Still, one incident in a few years is very good in a city this size. The trip has always been exactly £6 both ways, I always give them £8-10, depending on the cats. Worth it. Definitely recommend if you need no judgement getting your pets to the vet!
