This was a great cab experience. I was tight for time so ordered the cab in advance of my supermarket visit.. After buying 3 × 70 litres of compost, I called the cab office to say that I was ready before the time I booked and the cab arrived within minutes. The driver was so helpful and insisted on carriyng the compost into the yard for me. Great 5 STAR service! Thank you!

I have been using this company for a while now and can only say that my experience is that they have excellent customer service, polite & helpful drivers and most of all, competitive rates. To my surprise I have seen a few mixed reviews here and can only sum up that most people will only leave a review of their bad experiences and not their good ones. The thing I particularly like is that whenever I call them that they know my name and at times even know where I'm going before I even tell them. Other companies I have used just don't seem to have that personal touch of communicating with me as a person on a one to one level. I have booked a cab with them online when I have been abroad and I have even used their iPhone app when I have been out and about and the atmosphere has been too noisy to be heard. I have been sent a text when the car has been sent by them and also one when the car arrives to pick me up. I have only had one incident and even then the staff called me to let me know what the situation was and the replacement car arrived 10 minutes after the time I had booked it. They were even able to track their drivers via GPS. So all in all even then they were good enough to keep me updated. Overall, as I have said, the service has been good and dependable and I will be using it for a very long time.

Excellent Service. I have used them for a journey from Central London to my house, the cab driver arrived 10 minutes early and sent me a text with his car details, and the driver was very polite and professional driving . Definately Recommended.

We are an international summer school for students who come to London to learn English. We use London Radio Cars for all of our arrivals and departures days which involves a significant amount of taxis, as well as our taxi supplier for general everyday needs. They are exceptionally professional, helpful, timely, and have always offered a fantastic service. The nature of our business means that there can be a lot of last minute changes often in the middle of the night. Nothing has even been a problem for them, and they have never failed to deliver even the most last minute request. I would not hesitate to recommend London Radio Cars to any individual or business requiring a big contract.
