The operator lied said 5 minutes for driver then took 20 minutes to arrive then the driver took me all around the houses made me late for work by 40 minutes a 25 minutes drive took over a hour went all through high streets where traffic was busy if he stayed on the main route wouldn't of been late and drivers attitude shocking

Great service, MPV car was on time taking me to the airport. Drivers car was clean & driver friendly & helpful. Had a pick up after my holiday, the driver was there to greet us. Again the MPV car was clean & again the driver was friendly & helpful as we travelled with 3 young children. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazed by this cab service.. I went out with my friends last Saturday and we got p**s drunk like we do... so end of the night we went to station near asda we got refused a cab because we was drunk so we called another office which was located in Edmonton the driver came but again refused to take us... so we got told there was an office by the Edmonton bus garage and the guys in there were sweet hearts they treated me and my friends with respect unlike the other two offices . also my friend wasn't feeling well they gave her water and let her use the toilet. this will be my new local office from now on. thanks guys

Went in the office yesterday and was blown away by the professionalism they provided. The guy with the tattoos that took my booking had a welcoming face and also knew what he was doing. very pleased took a few cards will deffenitly give to family and friends.
