The driver was very friendly and we discussed current affairs through the entire journey toward the hotel. Since my husband has mobility issues, we figured that booking a private tour to visit London would be the way to go for us. We chose the service Tours based on the excellent reviews that we had read about that company, and we did not regret our decision. The service picked us up at our hotel right on time for our 4-hour tour. He is a very pleasant and courteous man who has a lot of knowledge about London and knows how to communicate his information. He has a good sense of humor, which makes the visit even more enjoyable, and he provides his customers with nice and thoughtful little surprises. A very complete and interesting tour that was the highlight of our stay in London. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
