J. C.Our driver was Kumariah originally from SL. He was polite to a fault, absolutely on time and a gem of a person. We are glad we met him and since he was the face of the company to us I think I will use this company over and over again. The charges were reasonable. The car was Merc V and clean. We have no complaints at all.
L. P.So I booked this service because it was on the 1st page of google. Not gonna lie, I was actually a little worried this was a scam because of a small yet very vocal minority of comments and reviews, and the numerous typos in the email they sent didnt help (though getting an email of my "booing reference" was hilarious)... BUT it turned out to be absolutely fine, they gave me info on the driver the day before, he then called 30min before the trip to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, was a pro from beginning to end. The customer service was a little slow answering emails but still answered all my questions, allowed me to change the pickup time to earlier without any problem. All in all a very smooth transaction and trip, 5/5 would recommend 👍🏻
c. m.Wow .... ordered a cab from this service very short notice Saturday 6th March 2021 from Workington to Coventry . Have to say I paid a deposit and they rang me to say it was short notice but they would try their best to get a car. They did this no problem. The driver was exactly on time. The car driver Adeel was so accommodating and professional ... a great driver and nice guy . All things considered I would definitely use this service again . Thanks
