I had a lady driver who was very kind, patient and very helpful. She even agreed to call back to take me home after my visit. But sadly I did not call back for her because I was driven back by my host. However, I intend to ask for her any time I need a cab in the future.

Driver arrived early and the company phoned beforehand to confirm our online booking! Reasonably priced, roomy car and careful driving all the way to Heathrow airport. The driver stopped at a service station so that we could quickly use the loo (we couldn't hold it until the airport!), no problem at all, am very pleased with this service and will use it again.

The driver Raja came 15mins early, which is great to have a reliable driver considering he picked us up at 3am and we booked this last minute. Whenever I use this taxi service the drivers are always polite and when I go on longer journey's we talk about everything. The driver took 1 hour to get to me, the last 20 minutes was waisted due to the driver not having all the necessary information had to give instruction to driver over the phone. The driver though was apolegetic and understanding.
