S. E.Recently used this company after a night out in central London. Being a woman travelling alone, it can be quite daunting to get into cabs at such late hours. However, this was far from the case with Premier as the driver immediately made me feel safe by being friendly but professional.
He was on time, efficient and did not hesitate to tell me the route he planned to take when I asked. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable journeys I've had and I'll defiantly be using them again!

As a woman living in London I have always been super cautious of using any cab service but I couldn't recommend this place enough!!!!
A. C.After using Uber for a couple of years I have reverted back to using this long established cab firm. They are 100% reliable are much more patient and human with disabled passengers and on a busy night with a shortage of petrol and drivers they charged literally a quarter of the price of uber. Hackney has changed a lot because of all the road closures and this business deserves to be supported because they actually serve and support all the community. Impeccable.

y. s.Very kind and professional cab drivers, can be quite scary travelling alone as a woman especially at night but the cab driver made me feel really secure, helped me with my bags and made sure I got home safely after drop off - would definitely reccomend!
L. B.I have been using this company for many years and they have always been very professional and reliable. I haven't ever been late when using their cabs, something that I can't say when using other companies.
One time they truly impressed me was for an event I had a few months back. Me and my friends were picked up in a clean and comfortable car. The driver was very polite and friendly, dressed in professional attire. Despite the short notice with which I'd booked, I felt truly accommodated. The drive was smooth which is always a positive and we arrived in good time.
All my other experiences have been similar. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend them to others.

But the service I received from driver G644 was immaculate. If only this company had more drivers like this honest person this company would be on better standard. Thanks again driver G644.
