Booked a cab via email two days before we were to fly back to Heathrow. They got back to me quickly with a good price. Emailed me with confirmation beforehand and the driver called when we landed and was waiting. He planned a clear route without traffic from Heathrow to East London. Money well spent after a long flight. Would use again.

Very professional and friendly service from the first contact with the controller to the journey - it was a house move. Punctual and efficient. Driver was polite and helpful. Don't hesitate to recommend.

Booked cab for airport pickup from Gatwick today and driver turned up 25 mins late. I was given no explanation or apology, assumed there may have been traffic but couldn’t see any the whole route back. So pretty poor on the part of the firm. Also driver was taking calls whilst driving but didn’t appear to have hands free, which left me weary throughout the journey. Also cost of trip advertised as £55 on website but I was charged £60 to cover cost of parking at airport. This was an unnecessary cost given I was already waiting outside arrivals as driver was late so really didn’t need to park up.

Drivers need to learn to speak English better. Very difficult to communicate. Also had one driver who was on WhatsApp whilst driving. Did not give a monkeys we had a 2 year old in the car

We booked a minicab via the cabbee app and it worked very good. The service was reliable and the minicab driver was on time plus very friendly and polite! We have enjoyed our ride to the Stratford city bus stop. Greetings from Germany!
