This company saved my holiday as another company let me down last minute to take me to the airport, so i called star cars to try and see if i had any luck and i did! Got a Cab list night from Stratford to Romford Nice and polite controller picked up within the waiting time given of ten minutes, easily spotted my car had star Cars written on the back of a ford galaxy, reasonably price at £25 unlike another service in the roman I used who charged me £35 Defiantly be using this service again when I'm east London

I have been using this cab firm for years and I have never had a problem. Great service and friendly.

We live on Chapel market and always use this service to get to the airports. Excellent prices and reliable every time we have used them.

The driver arrived and was very friendly, but unlike other drivers did not help put the luggage in the car, which is not a problem. He asked where we were going, we said Liverpool Street station, but wanted him to go down the ramp into the station. We went in a way to the station that we had never been before and said again we wanted to go into the station. He said he knew where he was going. After doing u turns where they were not allowed we were at the back of the station near the underground station. We said this was not where we wanted and had to direct him to the ramp inside the station. We were then told it was £16. I said that we were never charged more than between £9-£12. The driver said it was because we had a lot of luggage and you are charged on the amount of it (this has never happened before with any other driver), he also said we had to pay the congestion charge (if he is charging this to every customer he is a very rich man). When phoning the office I was told it should be £12 but with a lot of luggage it might be more. As there was a VIP arriving where he was parked and was asked to move, I gave him £13 and he stormed off. If you are charging per item if luggage now, can you please make this clear when booking.

Use them every week day at stupid o'clock in the morning and never wait more than 15 mins for a cab, decent staff, decent pricing , only cab company my family uses .
