After performing thorough search and comparisons, we decided to contract their services to and from central London from Heathrow. Glad we did. They were early to meet us at terminal 5, and punctual to pick us up at our hotel. Their rates are reasonable and competitive. The drivers were pleasant and accommodating with clean vehicles. They also provide a tech savvy tracking system for your phone to track the progress of your driver arriving at your pickup point. I will use them again without hesitation when returning to London and have already recommended them to two of our friends.

I am a big fan of Totally Driven and I am using it on a frequent basis for business or personal transfers to the airport. It is very easy to book and allows to add waiting minutes for free so it is hassle-free to schedule your taxi waiting for you on your arrival. I had an excellent experience with Taxi Driven. I had booked a taxi for an early morning transfer from my house to the London City airport. I have got a call from the driver that was waiting for me on-time. He was very friendly, helped me with the luggages and event stopped the taxi for me to check if I had the passport with me. The car was also clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Totally Driven, have used their service quite a few times and never had a single bad experience

The car was good, big enough and the driver helpful, my only complaint was the driver was late, I booked it for a set time as I know how long it takes me to get through an airport. Despite, getting warnings about extra charges if we were late, we were there on time, the company thought it knew better and scheduled the driver to be a certain time after the plane landed. I ended up making calls on my overseas phone when I landed to track down the cab. If I want 8.00 pm then it is my issue if things are late, we could have spent 30 minutes having a coffee instead of chasing around for the taxi.

i found this company whilst searching for airport taxis and found them to be the cheapest. i ordered an airport pickup via the website and prepaid. it was easy to do and confirmed immediately by email. the driver meets you at arrivals so no wandering around trying to find your cab. new customers also receive a 15% discount. communication with totally driven was good and they monitor flight for delays. The driver was 5 mins late (hence the 4 stars), but they did call me to assure me that he was on his way. overall i would recommend using this cab company.

Excellent service from Gatwick Airport to central London. Booked online, had some issues with the process which had to be cleared up after a telephone call. Was met promptly by the driver and had a smooth drive to my hotel. Driver was very courteous and efficient and graciously helped with my bags. I booked for a hotel to airport taxi service via their online booking system. It was quick and easy, AND I got to use a discount code which makes their fare unbeatable. The driver was 5 minutes early, assisted with our luggages and friendly throughout our ride to London Heathrow. I would definitely use them again when I am in London next!

This weekend was the second time I book with this company. Both times they were on time, the drivers were very helpful, very kind and polite. The cars were very clean, and the trip was very pleasant and on time. I can only totally recommend this company, as after checking the prices on few different companies, I also noticed that it is the best price you can get. On the first trip we booked two ways trip from Gatwick for four persons. The car was a Ford Cmax, and the driver waited for us in the airport (and in the hotel on the return), helped us with the luggage and told us a lot of things about London. On the second trip we were a group of 7, so we booked a van (Mercedes) and they provided also a child seat. Our plane had to return to airport due to technical difficulties, so we had to change airplane which caused a two hours delay. I called the help number to inform them. The driver waited for us, no charge, and he was also especially helpful and kind. Same story on the return trip. The only thing I can recommend to future clients is that you should calculate very well the trip. On arrival you should ask the pickup about half an hour after the scheduled arrival time. On return trips to the airport you have to calculate the trip itself (60 min up to 1 ½ hours) plus the 2 hours before departure that is the standard time you need to go to the airport. That makes at least three hours before departure, the time of the pickup from London city. This should be actually more as the traffic, or the weather is always unknown, and the security measures in all UK airports produce a lot of ques. I totally recommend Totally driven.

Used for the 1st time. Journey to Heathrow very pleasant with 3 kids and the Mrs. The driver was very pleasant and friendly. Helped to put the bags from our door into the car and very nice with kids. Well mannered. On return from Heathrow. We requested same driver but was surprised to find a different driver. We found the driver was polite to the face but and did not even help to take the luggage to the car (I appreciate its not his perogative to do so but he could have done it out of courtesy and it helps with customer relation especially when he can see I had 3 children and one was on a wheelchair.) when we arrived home he litteraly took out the bags and put it on the road behind the car ,not even on pavement? I would have given a higher score as the customer service and general price and quality of the cars were very good but the second driver's etiquette and manners have left a bad Impression on me and my family.

I booked taxi online and was surprised with the professional services. Driver was extremely kind. He came on time at the hotel and we arrived on time. Our journey was from Victoria to Harry Potter Studio Tour and back. We gave him a specific time to come for us and he was there waiting for us in time. The driving was pleasant and when we asked from where we were passing he knew all the information. I will 100% book again with Totally Driven and recommend it to all my friends.

It's been a great experience with TotallyDriven so far, compared to other famous app based service. Car was clean and spacious. Driver was professional and polite. Car arrived on time (10 mins before though) and driver kindly helped load our Bags. Arrived airport on time and had a very comfortable journey. Highly recommended cab service!!

I am a happy customer of TotallyDriven. I like the booking process is very simple and they are always on time if not earlier. Never experience any issue. I am mainly using the service to commute to and from London airports. The prices probably the lower you can find. I usually use the prepayment option, so this is saving me a lot of time to look for cash at the end of the trip. Would also suggest to also look for the regular discounts as well, which make a great difference.

We booked totally driven for Gatwick airport. Not only we enjoyed the first 15% discount. Their customer services are excellent. I was able to call them or text them to change time several times. They are professional, trustworthy and they provide very generous waiting time after landing. Although my flight was delayed I was contacted by the driver as soon as we arrived via text message. Really impressed by the attentive services !! It is also significantly cheaper than uber and much better services than uber. I recommend this services over uber or Addison Lee

Very easy to use online booking service and I use them regularly to book airport transfers. The drivers are all very courteous and professional. Occasionally there is some confusion about the meeting location so make sure to have your phone on so that the driver can call and find you.

Worked great for us. Met and took our family of 4 adults from the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras to a Heathrow car rental. That helped and I didn't have to drive through London myself (last did that 40 years ago, and too much hassle for me these days) Service was on time, called me to verify, and driver was pleasant. All excellent apart from one important detail - we were taken to the wrong terminal at Gatwick. The operator who took the booking checked via the flight number, and I think I remember him saying it was the South terminal, but the north terminal appeared on the form and this is where the driver took us. Fortunately, there was a quick and easy train shuttle so it didn't cause us any major problems. The second driver picked us up from the right terminal, and this was indicated on the form.

Our driver was very accommodative, friendly, enthusiastic, timely and an excellent driver in very heavy traffic from Gatwick to Soho at night time. We were very pleased with the service and have booked for our return. Much less expensive then the usual taxi.

This is my first time to UK.A friend of mine recommended to book car from Totally Driven. They picked me on time from airport and the chauffer had to spent additional time locating my apartment which he did kindly without complaining. The website is very user friendly. Suman!
