T. L.Ticked it off from my bucket list of things to do in London.
The experience was lovely and refreshing. Tickets are reasonably cheap and easy to book. You can either use oyster, contactless or book online. The crew were lovely and helpful. They have a bar in the bigger boats which was what we rode on. Will definitely do again!
A. T.It was an amazing day out option when it was really hot last week. We took the boat to the last destination and return. Had the best time,got some tan and took really nice pictures 🙌🏻📷
J. H.Very messy boarding, queue due to broken ticket machine. After waiting, were told to board without a ticket anyway because we had a voucher. Eventually we might have to validate it when we were getting off.
Staff was very nice but seemed overwhelmed.
I guess it was nice as a one off for free with a voucher but I don't see myself or my family using Uber Boat more than maybe once every two or three years.
More than £7 per journey (around £30 for the return ticket for our family of three) sounds OK for a tourist attraction but not as a reasonable public transport option.
The boat itself was very comfortable and it is a nice addition to be able to buy tea, coffee, drinks and snacks on board.
The view from the Thames are definitely worth seeing.
Again good as a touristic experience, not convinced as a public transport infrastructure.
S. A.Get a day rover and if you have a Railcard you get a third off the ticket price too 👍🏻 then just hop on and off as you please all day

Getting to know their timetables is important, otherwise it will be a long wait between boats.
v. c.Very nice experience , traveling by River Bus,I have almost spent my entire day traveling in River Bus for many historical places, Tower Bridge,Tower of London, Westminster Abbey..

The format is similar and you have yo follow the signs to the correct docking station
