Would really recommend - took a lot of stress out of our move! They were running late but these things happen and we were kept updated. Incredibly flexible - allowed us to push back a week last minute when our completion got delayed which was a huge relief. Really friendly, professional and efficient guys. Worth every penny!

This is my Favorite removal company and my go to for years. Every time, I get a fantastic service. Wayne and it’s staff always go above and beyond expectation. The service is also amazing value and they are very reliable and flexible. Moving house can be quite stressful so it’s always great to have some friendly faces parking the van.

I've hired them twice now for a move. Great and very professional service. They are on time on gets the job done super fast and efficiently. Once it was even done within an hour although I had paid for two and the difference was reimbursed. That really shows they care about what's best for the client and will never waste your time or money. I would warmly recommend them to anyone moving houses!

We lived in a 3rd floor flat (no lift!!) moving to Brighton. The team arrived on time and were finished loading the van in re off time. So impressed dispute the amount to stairs needed to go up and down. Very professional . 0 damages and had great attitude the whole time. Happy to recommend to anyone and highly recommend ! I booked a two-men move from my old place into my new one. The move went great, they were super careful and quick (despite the flights of stairs on both ends) and the communication prior to the move was timely and detailed - there are so many horror stories out there about last minute cancellations or movers not showing up, this was a dream experience and made my move so much more pleasant. I highly recommend them! Bonus points: I drove with them in the truck and I had the best time!

My living situation has been very displaced and complicated over the past 3 years, meaning I have had to move quite a few times. For every one of those moves I have used XIX Logisitics and have been super happy every time. Wayne is also super easy to communicate with which takes a lot of stress out of the organisation side of moving, and his team are always flexible and friendly to work with. They are always happy to hear your thoughts on what order or process you would like to the move if you have any special requirements, and do nice touches like have blankets in their van to prevent stepping mud in your house, and are always super quick. 100% would recommend and am always recommending to friends and family

I used xix logistics this weekend to move house. A fabulous driver who drove efficiently and safely and who did more than help at both ends. A good guy. The van was clean inside and out, and had all the straps and blankets needed to do a proper job. The organisation, booking and billing was exactly as xix said it would be, with communication excellent at each step of the way. I’d definitely use them again, and I’d recommend you do too. Really good - I’m a very happy customer indeed.

5*'s are not enough for this company. 10*'s in every respect. Wayne and Jake went above and beyond any basic collection and delivery service! I originally booked them to collect and deliver (up 2 flights of stairs in a confined space) a large and very heavy cabinet that would need the relocation of another cabinet down 2 flights of stairs. I then added a further job (as you do!) without a murmur, they removed an enormous mirror, measured up and drilled into another wall to replace the original mirror with another mirror - when that didn't work, again not even a moment of hesitation or complaint, they put the original mirror back again. Wayne has since carried out a couple of other jobs including collecting sacks of heavy stones from a nearby neighbour and putting them in the garden (all done whilst I was at work and money collected later). Wayne and his team are absolutely delightful, incredibly helpful and accommodating with a refreshing CAN DO attitude and cheery sense of humour. Totally professional, great prices and can be relied on. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will only use them in future - thank you guys!!

This company has been somewhat of a lifesaver for me this year! XIX delivered a smooth house move for me in February which made light of a highly pressured and stressful time and at a very reasonable price indeed. We were moving from a large 3 bedroom suburban house to a high-rise inner city tower block flat; no easy feat but the team pulled off a flawless job leaving me feeling much better. Since then, Wayne has quoted multiple A-B delivery jobs for me, again at superb competitive rates rivalling any courier firm I've used before. I have also been told that XIX provide an incredibly respectful house clearance service, which comes as no surprise as they're all great people. Having previously been in the logistics industry myself, I can vouch that this is a top drawer service almost certainly unbeatable in the London area. Cheers XIX!

Update : I used these guys again in march 2021 to move from London to Glasgow and im.sad that I won't be able to use their services again, unless I move back to London! fast, efficient and on-time. I would recommend them every time. I’ve been using these guys for about four years now and because of them, I’ve had stuff transported from outside of London sometimes to my flat in central London. They are always friendly, polite courteous and approachable. Their prices are very decent and I never have to do anything when they come to take stuff or pick an item up and deliver it to me. I don’t have to lift a finger ever which is great because I have a bad back and can’t drive so they are really there doing things I’m unable to - I’ve never felt the need to have to explain this to them though because they just help so they will see this now and be like whaaaat haha - I’ve bought things Things like a super king bed frame, a three seater sofa etc - nothing is ever any trouble for these guys - they are trustworthy and careful with my stuff always. Honest and hard working - you can’t go wrong with this company, if you’re looking for your stuff to be moved around. I have no problem whatsoever in recommending them.
