E.It's very important to have a mini cab station that you can trust Wow yellow cabs are the one's to choose I've been using them for about 3 year's now and please believe i wouldn't be texting this if i didn't feel passionate enough I've never had a rude driver I've never had a problem with directing them my way so please if you ever need a cab please go for yellow cabs

E. R.Thank you Yellow cars! Stuck at Great Ormond Street hospital after midnight. No Ubers about. Found yellow cars number on the wall in the foyer of the hospital. Very professional over the phone, came within 10 minutes with tracking text for the driver, lovely driver and quick and smooth ride home. The quote was quicker to arrive and cheaper than a competitor I called first. The cabs were always on time with a friendly driver who would put all our luggage in the car himself. Drivers also pointed out the major places throughout each town we travelled. However, today i had a loveliest ride with a driver called Andrew. He was very helpful (i had few cases of drinks to carry), interesting to talk and just a genuinely nice person. A. I.After some poor experiences with other taxi companies we tried Yellow cars. From the time they took our booking to the pick up and drop off their service was excellent. The gentleman who took our call was very helpful and took time to discuss with us the best pick up time travelling to the airport allowing for distance and traffic at the time of day. The driver arrived on time, with an SMS notification he was on the way. He was very courteous explained which route he was going to take to be sure it was ok. Arrived on time at the airport, unstressed, and wasn't overcharged.

X. a.I honestly think that most of the reviews here are from rival companies or people are just too over dramatic. I've been using yellow cars for ages and have never had an issue with them. They are always on time (easy to follow progress of the pick up with the app), they are never (ever) rude, cars are clean, their app works perfectly...so not sure what all the complaints are about. If I've had waiting time charged by error, they always refund it...no questions asked. They are one of the best companies in the London market and hence they are more cheaper than all other taxi companies and they make it up with all the points I mentioned. That's why I decided to write here, it seemed unfair the review they have.
B. C.I have been using Yellow Cars for about 5 years now and would not even consider using another service. They are always early, the driver information sent in advance by text is useful and the drivers are courteous. The prices are very reasonable, especially the airport runs. Highly recommended!
y. x.Absolutely great service..booking staff over the phone is polite!. Seems they are well trained!. called this taxi around several times for my booking and every time I rang, staff acknowledged me every time and took my booking. driver was also very friendly. I recommend this company to all.
S. M.I use this company whenever I need a cab and have found them to be efficient, reliable and reasonably priced; a quote for the cost of a journey is given in advance and adhered to. Apart from one occasion a couple of years ago, the cars arrive on time and text messaging notifies you when they are on their way and again when they actually arrive at your pick-up point.On occasions I have needed transport for my cat and, unlike some other cab firms, this is not a problem although there is a surcharge.
M. J.It's not first time when I used this company. Always help on the phone with no waste of time. Hat down to the great driver whose took from airport to the city and after two hours when I was going back to the airport same driver(white Prius) ... Nice feeling of care about the customer.

I.absolute brilliant the service i received this morning from driver 587. he picked me and my family up from Gatwick and the driver was on time and waiting at the arrival gate with a name board, He did not rush us and even helped carry our bags to his car. His car was clean and tidy and the journey home seemed so short as the drivers was a lovely person. we stopped twice and the driver did not say anything . once we reached hoe he helped unload the car and wished us a happy day. thank you to driver 587 top driver

I took a minicab to the airport on Friday. The driver that took me was the upmost sincere driver i have ever met. from the pickup from my house to the airport we could not stop laughing and he bought my young boy a chocolate, little things that count.
The driver which i guess he gave me a code of PH786, provided the best service by far i have seen from a taxi service for a very long time.
Only disappointment is that he got us to the airport to quick which did mean us waiting around. But disappointment's to the side.
Yellow Cars, we really appreciate your service and will be looking forward to other drivers like this.

H. K.I don't use cabs often but when I do I always try to use Yellow Cars. I have been using them for over 20 years now and they have never let me down. They are very polite, helpful, competitively priced and most importantly extremely reliable. I highly recommend them.

However they keep sending me texts at 12 midnight. I asked them to remove my number from their list to stop these texts but they didn't. Please yellow cars, stop sending me texts at 12 midnight.

J. S.Whilst the office call centre are generally good, drivers friendly and the service reliable, having used them for an airport drop off and pick up over the same weekend at different airports both drivers added on extra charges the call centre said were included.
Drop off at Luton was £40 quoted, driver said it should be paid upfront (though in the end I didn't as he knew I had the money with me), and then added on £3 for parking.
Pick up from stansted was quoted as £45 then the driver said it was £47 - "£42 plus £5 parking" to which I said not only was the parking £3.50 as I saw the display ("oh it's what the office charges") but questioned where to £42 figure had come from! In the end paid £45 but had to get him to back down, not ideal at 2am!
Overall reliable but double check what the office quotes you for and what's included as drivers try to add extra.

I. N.Had to get to Stansted by car as train service bust. Car arrived quickly as quoted. Could track car on app. Driver friendly - arrived in Stansted on time. I had a few problems with Yellow cars a couple of years ago. Can not fault them this time.
