I am very happy to say that I had a very positive experience on both journeys to and from Maidstone East Station to a wedding I was attending at a venue in Maidstone. The car was punctual, clean and the driver was an experienced driver. Andy, the driver for my return trip was friendly, polite and made sure he watched me go into the station safely before driving off as it was late in the evening. It's the extra care that I received as an elderly woman travelling alone that shows that Sapphire Cars have drivers that take responsibility for their passengers and genuinely do what they can to help. Thank you Sapphire Cars for doing a brilliant job!

A fantastic experience, I couldn't get a taxi to catch my train anywhere in Maidstone but Sapphire cars was able to book me one. Not only was my taxi early but the driver was really friendly. I made my train so was really grateful.

Recently used them to go to Gatwick airport, worked out better price wise then other places. Also sent me a confirmation text- and even called me the day before to confirm. No complaints. They also take card payments. Came on time too. (Had bad experience with other local taxis) (driver was Bob)

The car arrived on time and the driver was very friendly; he even worked out the right lane to take which is confusing enough for even me sometimes. In terms of safety, could improve in the timing of the text sent out by the company as mine arrived only after I had got on the car. I gave five stars because I myself had forgotten to check until I received the text.

Ordered to taxi from Tovil a town o never heard of after I got lost looking for a company in a near a near by town. I was quite surprised, they might have just as many stores as the bigger towns. When I rang the guy over the phone, he knew where exactly i was and gave me a rough estimate of when the driver would coke. There was a bit of a delay, I just wanted to get off my feet for a while. They don’t have a fixed price for A to B travel bit instead of a meter, the driver didn’t actually know where I was going. Went past it and obviously, with a metre only stops when journey is completed.

I booked Sapphire for an appointment and asked if the driver could wait for me and take me back ,it wasn't possible and was told to contact the office to book a driver. Fantastic Service First time using this company and was really pleased I found them. My experience from my first enquiry to being collected was fantastic. The driver was waiting and easy to locate at South Terminal, Gatwick. Didn't get the name of our driver but he was lovely. He was polite and chatted away as if we knew him already. Having tried, over the years, several of the well known taxi firms in Maidstone, all with generally very disappointing results, how refreshing to come across a company that understands customer service and that when you order a taxi you.....well.....expect it to actually arrive and be on time! We used Sapphire Cars on a busy Saturday night after the Leeds Castle concert and not only was the booking originally confirmed by text, but the driver called to say he had arrived and then was more than happy to drive on to meet us as we were running late to the meeting point. Maybe doesn't sound too exceptional but HE WAS ON TIME and very friendly. So, in light of this exceptional service I'm happy to acknowledge that Sapphire Cars ensured our night ended on an excellent note. I'm drawn to writing this review because last year, when requesting a similar service from one of the "big two" in Maidstone we were left hanging around for nearly an hour to be picked up - what a contrast!!

We booked Sapphire Cabs for a run from Maidstone to Gatwick and for the return journey. The service was excellent - even discussing adverse weather and arriving earlier than originally planned in case of hold-ups for the outward journey. John collected us 2 weeks later and was waiting as we walked from arrivals. He sorted our bags and car parking and we had a very pleasant drive home.Many thanks.

I took my son to Maidstone leisure centre for the first time and sapphire taxis were amazing. The prices they told me over the phone were exact. The driver we had was very polite and helpful. On the way back the operator knew my name from the first taxi and although i only had limited funds and the taxi went out of his way to go down a one-way street to get us as close to the trainstation as possible. 5 stars ******
