j. p.We use this firm quite often, every week. The drivers and staff are very polite and make you feel welcome always on the phone and when you get into the taxi. Drivers are always on time & extremely courteous. Have to mention there overseas staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Always try to help you. Thumbs up for them
L. M.Love this firm. I use firm from sale as our local firms are no way near as caring and polite. I always seem to get chatty taxi drivers. It's so nice and as I am normally travelling alone they make me feel safe. Used them for 7 years and will always use them.

The driver wasn't sure which building it was so he got out of his car to ask an ambulance driver then took me straight to the door. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use New Moon Cars again and recommend them. Very friendly , polite and helpful too.
