I will say at first I was disappointed when at the end of my journey I got sticker shock when my charge was much more than estimated. I messaged them with my disappointment and they responded quickly with the explanation and placed funds in my account. Extremely professional people! I will always use them!!

Simon and Farook from Quantum taxis are great guys. Simon picked me up and was on time, professional and catered to any and all of my needs! The service was so good I arranged with SImon to be picked up later on that day by Farook to be taken home. Farook collected me on time and was very polite too. Both guys made the journeys as comfortable as possible and the taxis were impeccably clean. Will be using Quantum as my go to.

Great taxis company which I have been using for over 10 years. Initially hailed Simon down when with work colleagues, took the number for return trip and have been using him ever since. Always on time and if there have been any problems they will contact me. If Simon can't make it he will arrange for another trusted driver and let me know the details. I use Quays Taxis 3 times a week to and from the train station, they turn up on time every time , the drivers always know where they are going and the best way to get around traffic, all the drivers seem to be genuine Local taxi drivers, most other taxi services seem to use drivers that have no idea, especially the Uber rip off drivers always asking for post code and then going the wrong way,
