EDITED AFTER CAR COLLECTION- I rang on Friday with a issue with my Golf R gearbox lovely person on the phone booked me in for repair really quickly.. Taken my Golf R there today on the back of a recovery truck and my car will be ready for collection tomorrow! ( will update on the work ) but I’ve got to say … Customer service here is absolutely fantastic. You get what you pay for! Thanks. - EDITED ~ wow .had the work done and Got the car back when they said they Evan waited open for me.. got to say I was a little sceptical because I’m the kind of person what ALWAYS thinks the worst.. however, WOW THE CAR IS NOW AMAZING. thank you so much! Gearbox feels amazing feels brand new. Honestly I can’t thank this garage enough. If your stupid enough to pass this garage then more fool you! 5 STARS THANK YOU so much! X

We use them for the last 4 years and once these guys sort the gearbox you are guaranteed that you do not need to ever visit them again for that car , best in north west region and do I dear say that their prices are very reasonable bearing in mind that gearbox is not cheap. I heard a scraping noise on my Audi Q3 and brought it to Transmatic Whitefield- Marek, diagnosed the fault (which was a high risk issue due to poor workmanship from previous garage I’d attended).Marek replaced the broken transfer box and returned the car to me in full working condition within 24hrs. The professionalism and expertise of Marek and his staff is the best I’ve ever experienced and Kinga communicates every stage of the process to ensure you are kept informed throughout, 5 star service from 5 star company.

Best in business! Before I chose them I phoned around the entire county ask for prices. Not just their prices are the most competitive but their work knowledge is also sensational. In the end they knocked down £400 of the starting price which gave me another reason to celebrate. Kinga was very helpful on the phone, every time I called for an update she always called me back within the minute and the Head mechenaic was also helpful what they have done on the gearbox and gave a detailed answer for every question I’ve occured. Thanks you again guys, I will not hesitate to recommend your garage to anyone who needs jelp with their transmission.

Very helpful garage. Clearly had experience of the Powershift gearbox problem on my 2010 D3Volvo. Fair quote for full recon. Had the car 4 days and it is transformed. Just must make sure it has oil changes every 30k. Never believe sealed for life manufacturer claim. So many problem cars as a result.

I took my Range Rover Vogue in this morning as it had lost power, and was changing gear at high revs. Marek seemed to know instantly what could be wrong, and I felt confident enough to leave it with him there and then. Within a couple of hours he called and explained that he thought a good fluid change and couple of replacement parts would cure the problem. Cost - £340, rather than the £800-£1500 bill it could have been. Within another couple of hours it was back and has never driven better. Marek is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy, highly recommended!

Was informed by Audi Manchester the dreaded news that my 2015 Audi A7 Quattro needs a new Mechatronic unit and also a new gearbox at a total costing £11k, I've had the car from nearly new and has always returned to the Manchester Audi for service and repairs. As you could imagine when hearing how much its going to cost not mentioning that Audi Manchester had the car in for 2 weeks for diagnostic as they didnt know at first what was the fault. After extensive research on the internet I discovered Transmatic was only 1 of 4 garages in the u.k that speacialised in Audi gearboxes, rang Transmatic on a Friday afternoon and after speaking to Marek I knew that he had wealth of knowledge about Audi gearboxes, had the car recovered to Transmatic on Saturday morning and by 2pm the car was fixed for a fraction of price what Audi dealers was charging, Marek repaired my old Mechatronics unit, car now drives PERFECT!!! couldn't thank Transmatic (Marek) enough. If you don't want to get ripped off by Audi dealers and want someone who knows what they talking about take your car down to Transmatic.
