I just recommend that agency should check which terminal by the airlines since they have the knowledge and access.

A. M.Booking, pre-travel communication and actual transfers worked fine but could do with improving the actual 'Pick up'.
My driver to the airport was 15 minutes late and I had to actually call them, the return trip had us trying to locate the driver in the short stay carpark. With other transfers I have always used - the driver would normally come into the terminal to meet us.

A. M.Booked a mini bus/mpv type vehicle From Heathrow to Milton Keynes as I had a large number of suitcases Driver called shortly after we landed to confirm our arrival. He arrived within 10 mins at the car park.
Car was very clean and tidy.. The driver Mr Praem was friendly and knew his way around the airport so no issues meeting up. You are given the option of being met in arrivals but as I know parking charges would be added, (and Heathrow charge a lot) opted to meet in the short stay car park.
Web page booking and email confirmation is a little clunky and generic, you can’t change the booking on line, you need to call the UK number. Other than that it was a good service and I’d use again.
