First time fixed, the lad on reception and answering phones to initially book my car in was very polite, and helpful, and quick to answer any queries, my workplace do use GP Autos thats who referred me to go here, will be using all the time now.

M. S.Michael and Martin are great guys. Honest and helpful every time I've been in - even with just offering advice.
I started giving them my repeat business a few years back after I took my imported vehicle in for some work and while they did spend some time looking at the car and gave me the options of what needed doing they were never pushy. I decided the car wasn't worth the expense as it was old and they didn't charge me for the time they'd spent looking. It's so hard to find decent honest trades people these days but look no further than GP Autos. Friendly, helpful, trustworthy but best of all reasonably priced and will do their best to fit you in.

I find as a women sometimes going into a garage environment it can be slightly intimidating but not at GP Autos, such amazing customer service. K. B.They offer free pick up and drop off for full services and MOTs which is a really amazing touch - I’ve never heard of anyone else doing that. I wasn’t able to start my car so as an exception they also picked up and dropped off my car and I was really grateful for that. They picked it up and dropped it off in the same day and it wasn’t booked to go until 2 days later! Excellent and very reasonable service & pricing. Would recommend.

GP Autos rang me to inform of a few other issues they had noticed and at no point pressured me to go forward with the repairs they felt necessary. Communication throughout the whole repair was exceptional and the politeness of staff at the center is great. Car has felt much better ever since. A.Great service, very approachable and eager to help. I had a fault on my BMW that was really tricky to diagnose. It needed software available only at a BMW specialist in the end but GP Autos provided me with fault codes free of charge and were happy to talk through the issue and spend their time giving me advice and recommendations. I've been using them for a couple of years now and will continue to do so for years to come.
A. N.I used to modify cars (grew up in the "quarter mile at a time" generation 🤦♂️) so am picky about garages and what they try to tell you needs doing. Found these guys a few years ago and now trust them 100%, have never had a bad experience or poor service, and three times they've steered me to cheaper places for work they could have charged for. Completely recommend them.
K. H.I absolutely cannot fault GP Autos MK. I'm a single mum and rely on my car for everything. When I dropped my car off this morning I was offered a lift home with my baby because the weather was awful, a few hours later my car was finished and they explained what had been done and any advisories. Cost was as quoted and they were very friendly.
