Being an electric scooter user was sceptical to use transport to an appointment , all went with ease and nothing was a problem . First time I have used them , and will be using more often now. From booking to arriving at my destination was just so easy.

Because my father had recently passed away, I needed to get my mother who has dementia and is physically disabled from Bucks into a care home near my home in Cornwall. Mark offered a competitive price, arrived early, assisted in getting my mother down steps and into the very comfortable vehicle. The journey was nearly 300 miles and he said I only had to ask if we needed a comfort stop. The weather was bad with heavy rain and a lot of surface water, which Mark took in his stride and completed the journey in just over five hours. Thank you Mark, you made what could have been a difficult day, so easy.

I do not usually write reviews , but after reading the bad ones on here , i have to say your wrong or did not actually use them. Myself and my family have used marks wheelchair service for many a year , yes he may of been late , but always for good reason . He puts his passengers first and i always recommend him .

Mark and his great team of drivers have been looking after me for over 3 years now. I travel to Milton Keynes frequently on business and stay in a hotel close to the Open University Campus where most of my meetings are held. On a daily basis, during my stays in M K, I have to travel backwards and forwards for meetings on Campus whose start and finishing times can (and do) frequently change. Mark has always tried (and succeeded) to make sure this customer is well looked after. He and his team go out of their way to get me to meetings on time and collect me at the end of a working day no matter how many time-changes have had to be made: often at short notice. As an solo wheelchair-user traveller, I can honestly say, I couldn't do my job without this Company's service, care and attention. Can highly recommend.
