Text service and a pic of driver for safety, don’t speak happily about too many taxi services but Premier have sorted me right out during my few days in Newcastle.
D. H.Last minute booking on Boxing Day - i didn't think we would get a taxi at such little notice! But nothing was a bother - we had 2 different drivers and both were very friendly and instantly welcoming! The company has only been going for 10 months - i wish them all the best and i hope the company grows on more reviews like this! I will be using them again when i next visit the Northern Family.

All communications with the company were excellent and I even got a text confirmation of the booking which was great. I got picked up by mcdonalds in town, i couldnt find the driver when i got my text bk but after a few mins the driver actually rang me to say he had to park round the corner (which not many do), as he couldnt get a parked on grainger street. The lad that picked me up was lovely and friendly. Will definitely be using this firm again.
